Signature Line Titles for Diplomas

Because you are issuing the diploma, you will sign the signature lines yourself: this is for the titles that are placed under the lines. The following signature line titles are offered on the order forms for on all Personalized, Gilded and Exclusive Diplomas:

	Left Side of Diploma	Right Side of Diploma
1.	Signature of Administrator	Signature of Instructor
2.	Signature of Father	Signature of Mother
3.	Dated by Administrator	Signature of Administrator
4.	Signature of Pastor	Signature of Principal

If there will be only one person signing the diploma, we add a line for the signer to write the date that they signed it. This simply makes it look more balanced. If you need this arrangement, chose the third option.

The Standard Diploma offers only the first choice, and signature line titles may not be changed on the Standard Diploma.

If you are ordering a Personalized, Exclusive or Gilded Diploma and don't see the signature line option that you want, select any one, submit your order, and then follow the directions below for a wording change. There is no charge to change the signature line titles.

Making Changes to a Diploma

There is no charge to make one change to the wording or signature line titles of a Personalized, Gilded or Exclusive Diploma as long as it does not change the layout. Changing both signature line titles is considered one change.

We have a special page for wording changes. It allows you to give us your changes in a format from which we can copy and paste. Here is how it works:

The final screen you see when you check out is your receipt. The receipt page has a link at the top of the page called "Make changes to your Diploma."
Use this link to go to our special on-line form and give us your order number and the details of your wording change.
Please let us know about changes as quickly as possible. Changes must be submitted within 12 hours of the time your order is placed.
Because we start working on RUSH orders immediately, we do not accept changes to RUSH orders.
If we have questions, we will call or e-mail you immediately.

Occasionally we are asked about adding signature lines so that there are more than two. We cannot increase the number of signature lines without completely re-doing the layout of the diploma, which would incur a charge. Call us to inquire about such extensive changes.
