Use this form to order 5 - 9 diplomas for a school that has previously established a template with us. Only student name and date are needed; all other information (diploma wording, paper, seal, diploma cover color) come from the information that was provided when your template was set up with us.

This form is only for use by the administrator of a school that has already set up a template. If you are not sure that you have done so, see this page.

Fill out the form and add each diploma to the cart.
If your template is gender-specific or if you have templates for more than one degree, you must indicate the gender or the degree in parenthese after the student's name
Next, scroll down below the order form to see other options. You may add:
- Stamping of school name on the diploma covers ($13.25 per order, regardless of the quantity you are ordering)
- Stamping of student names on the diploma covers ($13.25 per student name)
- Optional engraved seal on diploma
- Optional hand calligraphy for student names on diploma
- RUSH option for quicker production time
- Honors seals for the diplomas
Production time is 3 days. Add one day for diploma cover stamping or hand calligraphy.
Diplomas from a template are only shipped to the address of the school or school adminstrator. We will check your shipping address against our records before filling your order.

Diplomas ordered from this section of our site may not be shipped directly to the student without prior arrangement.

Name of Graduate:

Give the name of the graduate here and then click "Add to cart." For each additional diploma, just change the student's name (and date, if different) and then "Add to cart" again.

If you don't view the shopping cart after each addition, you won't have to retype the school name and date.

Once all diplomas are in your cart, be sure to check below for other options, such as honors seals and stamping on the diploma cover.(Covers are included with the diplomas; we use the size and color indicated at the time the template was set up, however, any personalization must be added each time you place an order.)
