Use this form to order 20-49 diplomas for a school that has previously established a template with us. Only student name and date are needed; all other information (diploma wording, paper, seal, diploma cover color) come from the information that was provided when your template was set up with us.

This form is only for use by the administrator of a school that has an established template. If you are not sure that you have done so, see this page.

The price of this product includes the custom foil seals on the diplomas.
Fill out the form and add each diploma to the cart.
Next, scroll down below the order form to see other options. You may add:
- Stamping of school name on the diploma covers ($13.25 per order, regardless of the quantity you are ordering)
- Stamping of student names on the diploma covers ($13.25 per student name)
- Optional engraved seal on diploma
- Optional hand calligraphy for student names on diploma
- RUSH option for quicker production time
- Honors seals for the diplomas
Production time is 3 days. Add one day for diploma cover stamping or hand calligraphy.
Diplomas from a template are only shipped to the address of the school or school adminstrator. We will check your shipping address against our records before filling your order.
