We print your name in foil on the front of this elegant card! The inside is printed with your own text -- no need for a name card since the student's name may be part of the text. Choose from Black or Navy card stock, choose the crest design, and select gold or silver foil. Cards are shipped flat and are scored for folding. Allow 5 business days for production, plus shipping time.

What's Included:

Choose black or navy stock and gold or silver foil - a total of 4 combinations.
Choose the "Christian Education" crest, the "Excellence in Home Schooling" crest, the "Seniors" crest, or the "Soli Deo Gloria" crest. (See details of these designs on this page or click the 'images' tab above)
The crest you choose is printed on the front as line art. (It is not engraved as it is on the diplomas or other announcement designs.)
This card is a very heavy, single thickness 80# card stock with one score line. It must be folded once (in half) before inserting into the envelope.
Card is 4.5" x 6" when folded, and comes with white inner and outer envelopes.
Silver or Gold lined inner envelopes are available as an option - see the order form at the bottom of the page.
The graduate's name is printed on the front in the font style shown on the sample. The name is justified with the right-hand margin of the card.
You may use one of our suggested texts for the inside printing, or use your own. This card has room for 15 lines of text, with 40 characters and spaces per line.
There are no name card slots; the graduate's name is on the front, and would normally be included in the text, too. A name card is not necessary, but may be purchased as an option.
An area is available on the inside left panel for a Bible verse or Motto. There is an $8.00 charge to have this area of additional text printed.

Order Form for Black or Navy "Senior" Design

Please give the following information, exactly as you want it to appear: (For accuracy, we copy and paste from this information, so please be precise and do not use all capital letters!)

Select the foil color. The color you select is used for front of the card and for all of the printing on the inside.

Letter Style:
Select the lettering style from this page. The style you choose will be used for the inside text only. It does NOT change the front of the card.

Optional Proof:
We can e-mail you a black and white .pdf proof after your announcement is typeset, however, it will add 2-3 days to the time it takes to fill your order. The proof takes 2-3 days, and then once we have your approval, the printing requires another 5 days. The proof is simply a way to view the final layout of the text in the letterstyle you've chosen. This is normally NOT necessary unless you are unsure about the lettering style or details of the layout. We "proofread" your text (and let you know if we have questions) regardless of whether or not you elect to view a final typeset "proof."

Optional Bible Verse or Motto:
If you would like to add a Bible verse or motto to the inside left panel, select that option and then give the text on the lines below. The cost is $8.00 for up to 8 lines of text. If using a Bible verse or Motto shown on our site, you may just give the number (for example, "motto #191" or "Isaiah 40 NIV"). If using your own verse, you must type the entire verse below exactly as you want it to appear. 34 characters and spaces are allowed per line. If you are using a Bible verse, we will put the verse in quotation marks, and the reference will be placed on a separate line under the verse, set off to the right side.

Text for Front of Card:

Please provide the name of the graduate, to be printed on the front of the card as shown on the sample. (The graduate's name is justified with the right hand margin of the card rather than being centered.) There is no additional charge; the printing of the graduate's name is included in the price of the card.

If you do not want a name printed on the front, put an "X" in the box instead.

Main Announcement Text:

This design has room for 15 lines, and 40 characters and spaces per line.

Your text will be centered on the announcement, and the lines will be spread out so that they fill the space on the card appropriately.

For help with the wording, see our page of text suggestions.

If you would like to have a blank line within the text (such as before the parent's names at the bottom), put an "X" on the line that is to be left blank.

If your text has fewer lines than the number of text boxes provided, put an "X" in any boxes that you do not need.

Enlarging the Graduate's name:

We can use a larger font for the student's name if a line is skipped before and after that line. To do this, put an "X" on the lines before and after the name, and we will automatically set the student name in a larger font size.

If you decide to lay out the announcement this way, we suggest that you NOT use skipped lines elsewhere in the text.

Optional corner copy:
Corner copy is a line of type set off to the left in a smaller type size. It is normally used to say "Reception following" or 'R.s.v.p. by____'. If you would like corner copy, you must PROVIDE the text for the corner copy on the last line above. Selecting corner copy means you have one less line available for the text. (Tip: Remember, an Open House, by definition, should not require an R.s.v.p.)

Changes to the Text:
After working with thousands of customer's announcement texts, we have definite opinions about what looks best. Our customers accept 98% of our suggested changes, and we've never heard from anyone who wished they had not accepted our suggestions. To expedite your order, do we have your permission to make MINOR changes to the text without contacting you? Minor changes include:

Punctuation that does not change the meaning (punctuation is not normally used at the end of lines)
Capitalization to coincide with accepted use on social announcements
Moving a word from one line to another to improve the appearance or reading of the text.
Writing out abbreviated words -- 'Street' instead of 'St.,' or 'Tennessee' instead of TN.
Removing zip code from the address information -- zip code is not normally included.
Adding periods between the letters of acronyms for legibility if a script style lettering is chosen.

We will never change the spelling of names or places, we do not attempt to verify any addresses you've provided, and we will not rewrite your text. If we have suggestions beyond the minor ones listed above, we will contact you, so it is very important to give us accurate contact information when you go through the shopping cart, and then check your e-mail and voice mail. If we have questions about your text, we'll let you know, normally in the evening of the day you order.Do we have your permission to make minor changes to the text?
