Black Tri-fold Announcement with Gold, Silver, or Mint Green Foil;
Use this order form for an order for multiple students using the same text

This item is designed for a group of graduates. All cards must be identical except for the student names at the bottom of the card. All other printing (front crest, announcement text and optional Bible verse or motto) is the same for all of them, but each student's cards are printed with their own name at the bottom. The announcement quantities for each graduate must be ordered in multiples of ten. The price is calculated by using the quantity for the entire, combined order, and then adding $6 for each individual student's personalization. See below for an example.

Production Time:

Production time on this item is 5 business days, not couting the day your order is placed. Production time DOES NOT include the shipping time. (Add 2 days if Quantity is over 250)
A RUSH is normally offered for $15, which subtracts 2 days of production time. If we are not able to offer the rush, that option will be turned off so that you will not see it on the order form.

What's Included:

Choose Gold, Silver, or Mint Green foil.
Choose the "Christian Education" crest, the "Soli Deo Gloria" crest, the "Seniors" crest, or the "Excellence in Home Schooling" crest (See details of these designs by clicking the 'images' tab above)
The crest you choose is printed on the front in foil. (It is not engraved as it is on the diplomas or other announcement designs.)
We are able to use your own crest or artwork on the front for an additional $25 if you can provide it in the correct format. Contact us to inquire about this option; we will need to check your artwork to see if it is usable before you place the order.Art for use on this product must be black and white only, with no shades of grey, minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
This card is a heavy, single thickness card stock with two score lines. Black stock is 70#
Card is 4.5" x 6" when folded. It must be folded before inserting into the envelope - the folds are a simple "Z-fold" style.
White inner and outer envelopes are included.
Silver or Gold lined inner envelopes are available as an option - see the order form at the bottom of the page.
Each graduate's name is printed across the bottom of the card in the font style shown on the sample. The font style for the student name may not be changed..
You may use one of our suggested texts for the inside printing, or use your own. This card has room for 12 lines of text, with 57 characters and spaces per line.
There are no name card slots; the graduate's name is prominently displayed on the front of the card and is also visible when the card is open so that a name card is not needed. However, if you would like to add a name card, it may be purchased separately, and we can add slots to the lower half of the center panel to hold a name card if you select that option on the order form.
An area is available on the center inside panel for a Bible verse or Motto. There is an $8.00 charge to have this area of additional text printed.

This Order Form is for Multiple Students:

Let's say a group of 4 graduates will be ordering together. They must agree on the same paper color, foil color, announcement text, crest design, font style, and optional verse or motto for the center inside panel. The only difference between the students' cards is the name across the bottom.
Each student must decide how many cards they want, in multiples of ten. The price is based on the combined total.
Example: A class of 4 students decide on this card and they need a combined total of 130. The cost would be $163.97 from the chart above, plus $6 per student for personalization, a total of $187.97. (This is $1.44 per card, compared to $2.85 per card for an "individual" order of 20.)

Optional Name Card Slots:
This announcement does not need a name card since the student's name is printed on the front. However, if you would like to use a name card, it must be purchased separately. We CAN add slots to hold a name card to the lower half of the center panel below the space for the optional verse or motto. If you would like this option, select it here.

Optional Proof:
We can e-mail you a black and white .pdf proof after your announcement is typeset, however, it will add 2-3 days to the time it takes to fill your order. The proof takes 2-3 days, and then once we have your approval, the printing requires another 5 days. The proof is simply a way to view the final layout of the text in the letterstyle you've chosen. This is normally NOT necessary unless you are unsure about the lettering style or details of the layout. We "proofread" your text (and let you know if we have questions) regardless of whether or not you elect to view a final typeset "proof."

Optional Bible Verse or Motto:
If you would like to add a Bible verse or motto to the inside left panel, select that option and then give the text on the lines below. The cost is $8.00 for up to 5 lines of text. If using a Bible verse or Motto shown on our site, you may just give the number (for example, "motto #191" or "Isaiah 40 NIV"). If using your own verse, you must type the entire verse below exactly as you want it to appear. 57 characters and spaces are allowed per line. If you are using a Bible verse, we will put the verse in quotation marks, and the reference will be placed on a separate line under the verse, set off to the right side.

How Many Different Student Names?:
Please let us know how many different students names will be on this order. (Each student's name will be printed on the front of their own quantity of cards.) There is a $6 personalization charge for each name. That charge is added here.

Provide the name of each graduate, to be printed on the front of the card as shown on the sample. Please use a separate line for each graduate's name.

Main Announcement Text:

This design has room for 12 lines, and 57 characters and spaces per line.

Your text will be centered on the announcement, and the lines will be spread out so that they fill the space on the card appropriately.

If you would like to have a blank line within the text, put an "X" on the line that is to be left blank.

If your text has fewer lines than the number of text boxes provided, put an "X" in any boxes that you do not need.

We do not recommend the use of corner copy on this particular design, so we do not offer it on this order form. If you need to add "R.s.v.p." information or "Reception following" we recommend putting that information into your text.

Changes to the Text:
After working with thousands of customer's announcement texts, we have definite opinions about what looks best. Our customers accept 98% of our suggested changes, and we've never heard from anyone who wished they had not accepted our suggestions. To expedite your order, do we have your permission to make MINOR changes to the text without contacting you? Minor changes include:

Punctuation that does not change the meaning (punctuation is not normally used at the end of lines)
Capitalization to coincide with accepted use on social announcements
Moving a word from one line to another to improve the appearance or reading of the text.
Writing out abbreviated words -- 'Street' instead of 'St.,' or 'Tennessee' instead of TN.
Removing zip code from the address information -- zip code is not normally included.
Adding periods between the letters of acronyms for legibility if a script style lettering is chosen.

We will never change the spelling of names or places, we do not attempt to verify any addresses you've provided, and we will not rewrite your text. If we have suggestions beyond the minor ones listed above, we will contact you, so it is very important to give us accurate contact information when you go through the shopping cart, and then check your e-mail and voice mail. If we have questions about your text, we'll let you know, normally in the evening of the day you order.Do we have your permission to make minor changes to the text?
