	Payment Options: How to Receive the Web Prices Without Paying On-line Our secure shopping cart accepts Master Card, Visa and Discover credit and debit cards. However, if you are one of the many people who are uncomfortable about using their credit card on line, you'll be glad to know that our site allows you to shop on-line and still receive the discounted "web price" *without using your credit card.* This is how it works... Our shopping cart offers the option of checking out without paying for your order on-line. This means that you can shop, see what the shipping cost is, actually place the order, and then call with your credit card OR mail us a money order. We simply ask that you give us your order number when you call in or mail the payment to us. (No personal checks, please.) We do not begin production on your order until we have your payment. We do not send a bill, but you will get a notice from the shopping cart that gives your order number and states that the order is pending payment. (If you need an invoice after placing the order without payment, just write a note for us in the checkout area and we will email you an invoice.)
	Our shopping cart has a 4-step checkout process. The last step is called "Payment Method." You will see three options: "Credit card," Phone Ordering," and "Money Order." If you select the second or third choice, you will be able to check out without payment. Be sure that after choosing your payment method, you click the orange "PLACE ORDER" button to complete the order.

	Why it is best to place your announcement or diploma order on-line:

	1. BETTER ACCURACY It is difficult to be sure the information and spelling is correct when an announcement or diploma order is placed verbally. If it is placed through our forms, not only do you have the opportunity to check all the information over, print it out, and correct it if there is an error, but we can then copy and paste directly from that information. Placing the order on line eliminates the possible errors at two points: first, hearing the information, and secondly, typing it.

	2. SEE WHAT YOU ARE ORDERING The order forms give information about all the various choices that we have. On the diploma order forms, there are photos of the seal choices, for example, and on the announcement order forms, there is a link to click to view the lettering styles. The order forms give more information (and give it visually) than we are capable of doing on the phone.

	3. SAVE MONEY During the busy season, we get VERY busy! If you have a question, by all means, call us! We are happy to answer questions or help you make a decision. But you will save money by placing the actual order on-line once you've decided what you want. Remember -- you don't have to give your credit card information!
