Policies

Cancellation and Return Policies:

 

1. Return Policy:

 

Personalized items: No refunds are given on "made-to-order" personalized items such as
engraved medals or keys, diplomas, personalized diploma covers, announcements, name cards or personal stationery. We guarantee that such items will be produced according to the information provided to us on the order form. If we have made an error, we will gladly re-issue your order as soon as possible. However, we are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information on the order form and will not provide a refund for this reason.

Other items:  Non-personalized items other than apparel may be returned to us in new condition within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Refunds do not include shipping charges, and will be issued in the same manner that payment was made. Replacements (not refunds) will be issued for items damaged during shipping. Dated items purchased after June 15th are not returnable. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking charge on any returns.

Cap and Gown sets: Unfortunately, there are people who will wear a cap and gown set for a ceremony and then return it, if they are allowed to do so. To help avoid this situation, we require returns on cap and gown sets to reach us within ten business days of the date you receive it. The items must be returned in the original packaging bag, with their labels, and in new condition.

Problems with your order? If you receive your order and find that something is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at 877-466-2563. We will correct it as soon as possible.

 

2. Cancellation Policy:

Personalized, made-to-order items such as engraved medals or keys, diplomas, personalized diploma covers, announcements, name cards or personal stationery may be cancelled within 12 hours of the time the order is placed, if credit card payment was provided on-line at the time of the order. If the payment is mailed, the order must be cancelled before the payment arrives at our office. Cancellation must be made by phone by speaking or leaving a voice message with our customer service department at 877-466-2563. After 12 hours have elapsed, no cancellation is possible on personalized items.

NOTE: We do not accept cancellations on "RUSH" orders for announcements or diplomas. Once placed and paid for, RUSH orders for personalized goods are final.

If an announcement order is cancelled before printing, but after we have entered the order and
spent time helping the customer with changes to the text, or have provided a proof, we may
charge a 10% cancellation fee.

 

3. Check Policy:

We do not accept personal checks. Our shopping cart allows you to mail a payment. Please use a money order for mail-in payments.
