Note: In most states a homeschool group that may be holding a graduation ceremony would NOT be the issuer of the diploma. At Homeschool Diploma, our assumption is that each family will have a different school name. For this reason, every diploma that we create for your graduates is unique, bearing the name of the family's own home school, and crafted to their exact specifications. The group discount may be used on any diploma shown on our web site, They all include our deluxe diploma cover and are offered with many options. The following discounts apply only to orders placed at our web site, either by the individual families in the group, or by the group leader.

*The dates listed above are the dates by which orders need to be completed on line to obtain the discount listed. In the past we have had one deadline to set up an order, and other deadline to complete it. There is no longer any deadline for setting up the order, but we recommend that you allow 2 weeks for ordering. We can set up a group ordering page at any time, but only those orders placed on line by the deadline will receive the discount listed.
There are three ways we can set up a diploma order for your homeschool group:

We can set up a private ordering page for your group, featuring a discount coupon for the diplomas. Each family goes to that page, puts the coupon in their cart, and then orders whatever diploma they would like, and pays us directly. Anything from the Homeschool Diploma.com web site may be added to their shopping cart along with the diploma, and there is no additional shipping cost on additional items. This means that the shipping cost shown above applies to the entire order, even if it contains apparel or announcements. (However, only the diploma receives the discount.) Everything is shipped in one box to the group leader. This is the preferred method -- simplest for you, for us, and for the families. Get more information and set up an ordering page for your group>>

If your group is charging a set fee for participation so that the payment for the diplomas will come from the group's treasury rather than from the families themselves, and you want to give every family the same amount toward their diploma order, the second ordering method is for you.
We can set up an ordering page as explained in #1 above, but with the group's contribution subtracted from what the families will pay. In other words, if the group is paying for the Standard Diploma, then the Standard Diploma will add to the shopping cart as "$0." Each family comes on line to give us their diploma information, and they pay us directly for anything over the amount the group is paying. If they want a Personalized Diploma instead, they pay the difference between the group's contribution and the Personalized Diploma. If they want to add options such as an honors seal or personalized cover, or purchase accessories, they pay us directly for those items. Everything is still shipped in one box to the group leader, and the shipping on accessories is free.
This option allows everyone to get exactly what they want in the way of a diploma, but the group still pays us the same amount toward each family's order. Get more information and contact us to set up this type of order>>

If all the diplomas on your order will be Standard Diplomas with the same graduation date, paper, and diploma cover, this third option is for you.
The group will need to collect the following information from each family: Student name, School Name, City and State (optional) and choice of seal. The group leader gives this information to us electronically, either by e-mail or through our order form. Each diploma will have the same graduation date, the same paper, and the same diploma cover. Placing an order this way is a little more work for the group leaders, but if you have a situation where simplicity is paramount and members of the group can't or won't come on line to give us their own information, this ordering method works well.
