How Does it Work?

We establish a template for your school so that each time you order, you need only give us the student name, date, and payment. We keep the rest of the information on file, along with the actual template.

• Schools or organizations that will need diplomas every year (or most years), regardless of quantity
• Schools or organizations that will need 5 or more diplomas at one time

What Are the Advantages?

• You receive a discount based on the number of diplomas ordered at one time
• You do not have to remember the details from year to year to ensure that the diplomas you issue will be the same.

Are There Any Disadvantages?

Only one: there is a modest charge to have us do the artwork of laying it out, sending you the proof(s), and setting it up. The charge is $20. During the half of the year that we are not as busy, it is half price.

• Small schools that need fewer than ten diplomas a year find it easy to order just what they need each time. Orders are paid for in full at the time they are placed.

• Schools that graduate more than ten students a year can save by purchasing their diplomas on an annual basis. 50% of the order is paid at the time it is set up, and the balance is paid when the diplomas are ordered.

• Correspondence schools or on-line schools that graduate students year-round usually have us set up a template that includes their signatures on the diploma, and we ship as-needed, directly to their students. • If your school is large enough to use 50 or more diplomas over a three year period, we can design and create a supply of thermography diplomas especially for you, which may also include an engraved or foil-embossed version of your school's seal. Contact us for more information>>>
