Not sure if we have a template for your school?

If we have a template for your school in our database, you would have paid for and received (at some point in the past) an e-mailed .pdf proof of the template.
If you've never gotten an e-mailed proof, then you DO NOT have a template with us. If you still aren't sure, give us a call at 877-466-2563 and ask before using our order forms in this section.
Many, many schools order from us regularly without requesting that we establish a template for them, just by placing the order from the section of our site (the "homeschool" section) that is set up for "one-at-a-time" purchases.
If you have ordered in the past but have never specifically requested that we establish your school in our database, then we don't have your school set up to use a template.

Any school can establish a template with us, however, if your school is very small and you would never need more than 4 at a time, there would not be a price advantage for you. The main advantage would be that your orders would be consistent from year to year despite possible changes of administration. We take care of remembering the details for you!
