• Template: We will set up a template for your school's diploma. Whenever you are ready to make a purchase, you can come to our school order forms and give us the names and dates for the diplomas. The dates do NOT need to be the same.
  
  

• Personalized diploma cover: the school order forms offer the option of having your school name stamped on the front of the diploma covers. This adds $12.95 to your order, regardless of the number of diplomas you are ordering. If you would like us to stamp your school's logo on the diploma covers, we can do that, too. There is a one-time die charge and also a set-up fee that varies with the number of covers we are stamping on that particular order.
  
  

• Payment: You may pay for the order on line with a credit or debit card, or check out through the shopping cart to get an order number, and then mail us a payment. If you are sending a school check, be sure to allow 10 days for the funds to be deposited. We do not accept personal checks.
  
  

• Options: The order forms offer various options. You may add an "honors" seal to the diploma for $1.95, or hand calligraphy for $4.95 per diploma. The student's names may be stamped in the corner of the diploma cover for $12.95 each. We can also add an engraved seal to your diplomas. If you are ordering from 1 to 4 diplomas per order, the engraved seal adds $12.00 per diploma. If you have between 5 and 10 diplomas on the same order, the cost for the engraved seal is $10.20 per diploma. This option is offered on the order forms; you select it each time you make a diploma purchase.
  
  

• Your own foil seal on the diploma: We can set up your template to use a single color foil seal on your diploma, using your own artwork. There is a $25 one-time set up fee the first time we do a foil run for you. This type of custom foil seal adds $2.95 to each diploma in smaller quantities (1 to 4 diplomas) and $2.65 per diploma if ordering 5 to 9 at one time. We must have you provide us with 300 dpi electronic artwork in black and white (not grey scale) in order to use your artwork for the foil seal.
  
  
  

• Quantity Discounts: If you order more than four diplomas at one time, you will receive the following discounts. Discounts are given off the web prices if orders are placed on line, and the prices are calculated automatically as you select the correct order form.
  5 to 9 diplomas - 15% discount
  10 to 14 diplomas - 23% discount
  15 to 19 diplomas - 30% discount
  20 to 49 diplomas - 37% discount
