Order Form for Eighth Grade Diploma

Please give the following information, exactly as you want it to appear on the diploma:
(For accuracy, we copy and paste from this information, so please be precise and do not use all capital letters!)

The arched text across the top of the diploma reads
"Eighth Grade Diploma."

1. Optional: A line beneath the words "Eighth Grade Diploma"

This line may be used for a school motto, a short bible verse, or the city and state of the school. The script-style font is used, and the maximum number of characters and spaces for this line is 40.

Please leave the box empty if you do not want to use this line.

2. The name of the Graduate:

Full names (rather than initials) are normally used on a diploma.

3. Gender of graduate:

4. The name of the school

We will NOT add the word "school;" type the name exactly as you want it to appear. If you do not have a school name, or if your school name is unusually long or includes an acronym, please read this.

5. The date on the diploma.
If you give us "May 22" for the date, the diploma will read "dated this twenty-second day of May..." etc. However, if you prefer to have only the month and year on the diploma, you may select "no specific day" for the date. (Without a day listed, the diploma would follow this format: "Dated this month of May...." etc.)

6. Choose the wording for the text beneath the school name:

The sample reads "...for graduation from the Junior High School Department." Please indicate how you would like this section to read:

"...from the Junior High School Department." -- as it is on the sample ... OR

"...from the Eighth Grade Level."

7. Bible verse:
This particular diploma does not have room for a Bible verse. If this option is important to you, we recommend that you choose the Middle School Diploma #1, which has your school name at the top. You can have it read "Eighth Grade Diploma" and you can add a Bible verse to that diploma.

8. Choose the seal design:
(This is seal goes in the center of the diploma between the signature lines.)

		"Excellence " embossed seal with lamp. Seal has a lamp in the center, with the words "Excellence in Home Education" around the outside, and is embossed on gold-tone foil.
		"Soli Deo Gloria" embossed seal with cross Seal has a cross in the center, with the Latin words "Soli Deo Gloria" across the top, and the translation, "To God Alone be the Glory" around the bottom. The seal is embossed on gold-tone foil.
	2006 2007 2008 2009	"Year" embossed seal This seal has the numerals in the center, with the year written in words around the outside. The seal is embossed on gold-tone foil. Available only for 2006 through 2009.

9. Give us the titles that go beneath the signature lines:

Because you are issuing the diploma, you will sign the signature lines yourself: this is for the titles that are placed under the lines. If there will be only one person signing the diploma, we add a line for the signer to write the date that they signed it. This simply makes it look more balanced. If you need this arrangement, chose the third option.

If you don't see the signature line option that you want, select any one, submit your order, and then follow the directions below for a wording change. There is no charge to change the signature line titles.

Sign your student's diploma with this lovely rosewood ballpoint pen and then give it to them as a keepsake! Beautiful finish, engraved with "Class of 2009" and a cross.
