- To
calculate the production time on a diploma, begin
by counting 3 business days for the basic production
(not counting the day it is placed), and then add:
- One
additional business day if you have selected hand
calligraphy for the student name.
- One
additional business day if the diploma has any 23kt
gold
- One
additional business day if the diploma has any personalization
on the diploma cover.
- SUBTRACT
two business days from this total if you have selected
the RUSH option on the diploma. The RUSH option is
offered on the diploma order forms, and costs $10.
- After
calculating the production time, you will know the
day that the order will leave our office. This
does not include shipping time. The time-in-transit
is determined by the shipping method you select when
you check out. Our shopping cart offers a wide variety
of shipping methods.
Example:
A "RUSH" diploma order that does not have
calligraphy, gold, or personalization on the cover is
placed on Wednesday. Since the RUSH options subtracts
two days from the normal 3 days of production, this
order would go out on Thursday. If overnight shipping
is selected, it would arrive on Friday. If 2-day shipping
is selected, it would arrive on Monday.
Another
Example: A RUSH diploma order with
a personalized diploma cover is placed on Saturday.(
All weekend orders are counted as though they were placed
on Monday.) With the RUSH, this order would ship on
Wednesday. Without the personalized cover, it would
be shipped on Tuesday.
Try
this one: An
Exclusive diploma is ordered on Friday with no calligraphy,
gilding or cover personalization. The RUSH option is
added, and Priority Mail is selected as the shipping
option. The customer says they need it on the following
Wednesday.Will they have it in timet? Answer: It will
leave our office on Monday. BUT... we don't know when
the customer will get it, since Priority mail is not
a date-definite service. If a specific delivery date
is needed, choose one of the date-definite services,
such as 3-day express saver.

The RUSH option
refers to how quickly we ship your order.
It does not include shipping
time. Our shopping cart offers
Priority Mail as well as a number of date-definite
services from Fed Ex. When calculating the shipping
time, do not count the day the order goes out. |

If
you place a RUSH order for a Personalized Diploma, we will
begin working on it immediately. For this reason, we
do not accept changes to the text on RUSH orders
for Personalized Diplomas.

The RUSH applies
to the diploma order and any stock items that can
ship with it from our office, such as caps and gowns,
accessories, and semi-personalized (pre-printed)
announcements. It does not change the production
time on items such as name cards, address labels,
or personal notes. If you are placing a RUSH on
your diploma, any
items that require more production days than your
diploma should be placed as a separate order,
or they will delay the diploma order!

The RUSH option
adds $10 to the order. It is offered on the bottom of the diploma
order forms.
