Use this form to add engraving to the back of one of our medallions. Select Block or Script font. Adding engraving to the medal requires a production time of 7 to 10 business days.

Use the "Images" tab above to view the two styles of engraving.

Tell us what particular style medallion you are engraving with the text below. (Be sure that you have this particular medallion in your shopping cart when you check out -- the item you are ordering here is just the engraving.)

Lettering Style for Engraving:
Select "Block" or "Script" style for the engraving. If your text contains an acronym, we suggest the "Block" style for readability. For photos of the two lettering styles, see the "images" tab above.

Give us the text you would like to have engraved on each of the three lines available.

NOTE: If you do not want three lines of engraving, type "none' in the boxes you are not using. The lines of text will be centered on the medal, and the lines will be evenly spaced.
