This Exclusive diploma features "State wording" (optional) and includes one of our three beautiful engraved seals. The price includes the padded cover, and the diploma is printed with your school name, student name, and date, as well as an optional Bible verse.

Type the name exactly as you want it to appear. If you do not have a school name, or if your school name is unusually long or includes an acronym, please read this

Optional City and State of School:

If you provide this information, the city and state will be placed below the school name in a script font. We recommend that you write out the name of the state and that you put a comma between the city and state.

Alternately, this space may also be used for a school motto, if you have one. (Leave this field empty if you do not want either.)

Name of Graduate:

Full names (rather than initials) are normally used on a diploma

The date on the diploma:
If you give us "May 22" for the date, the diploma will read "dated this twenty-second day of May..." etc. However, if you prefer to have only the month and year on the diploma, you may select "no specific day" for the date. (Without a day listed, the diploma would follow this format: "Dated this month of May...." etc.). If you need a year that is not listed, choose one that is, and then write a note for us in the checkout area to let us know the correct year.

State Wording Option:
The diploma you are ordering reads "... has satisfactorily completed the necessary requirements of study as prescribed by school administrators and is thereby presented... etc." If you would like to keep this "general" wording, select the first option below, which says "no change."

However, if you would like the state wording option, choose your state from the list below. The state wording reads "...has satisfactorily completed the necessary requirements of study as prescribed by school administrators in accordance with the regulations of the state of __________ and is thereby presented .." etc. (There is no additional charge for this option.)

Special note to those in VA, PA, MA or KY who would like the word "Commonwealth" instead of "State" -- you must request that change by filling out a change form (see the link at the top of your receipt page) or put a note in the checkout area. Otherwise, we will use the word "State."

Seal Design:
This seal goes in the center of the diploma between the signature lines. Select your seal from the drop-down menu beneath the photos.

Bible Verse:
There is no extra charge to use one of our standard verses. If you want to use your own Bible verse there is a $3.99 charge. Click here to read the full text of the three standard verses.

Custom Verse:
If you would like to have us print your verse on the diploma, enter it below. We will print it exactly as you give it to us.

Note: The script font used for the Bible verse does not have Roman numerals. If you are using a book like "II Peter" you should choose to use the numeral ("2 Peter") or write out the name of the book like this: "Second Peter." Please don't give us the Roman numerals, or your order will be delayed while we take the time to contact you.

Also: words written in all capital letters, such as "LORD" or "NKJV" can be problematic in the script font. The capital letters have flourishes that can overlap, making them hard to read. We recommend using the verse and reference, but not the "version." We will put your verse on the diploma the way you give it to us, but we ask you to consider this information when you type your verse.

Lettering Style:
Select the lettering style for the student's name. See lettering style samples. The hand calligraphy option adds $5.75 and one business day to the production time on your order.

Signature Line Titles:
Because you are issuing the diploma, you will sign the signature lines yourself: this is for the titles that are placed under the lines. If there will be only one person signing the diploma, we add a line for the signer to write the date that they signed it. This simply makes it look more balanced. If you need this arrangement, chose the third option.

Paper:
We offer two paper choices. The most popular is the ivory parchment, which is an off-white parchment with a slightly rough feel and the subtle color variations common to parchment. The other paper is a solid, cream-colored cotton stock, which is more "yellow" than the parchment. Get more information about the papers.

By entering my name in the field below, I verify that I am the administrator of the school named on the diploma (or am acting on behalf of the administrator with their direct consent), and that I have the authority to issue this diploma. I understand that Homeschool Diploma.com (Cornerstone Graduate Supply, Inc.) is not an accrediting agency or school and does not "issue" diplomas or verify the information on the diplomas, but provides only graphic arts and printing services. I understand that all claims made on the diploma are my responsibility.

We will fill the order according to the data you have given us. If we make an error on your order, we will send a replacement diploma at no charge. However, we do not send replacements for errors that you make in submitting information. For this reason, we ask you to go back to the top and proofread all the information above before going ahead.
