What We Can Offer Your School
*Volume Pricing for Diplomas Based on Your Template*
		Set up your template to eliminate guess-work when ordering. No need to remember which diploma or cover to order from one year to the next. All we need is the student name and date.
		The template may have any wording, size or layout you desire. (It does not need to be a "High School" Diploma.) It must be established before placing an order. See this page to set up a template. Your school may have multiple templates.
		The one-time artwork charge for the template (including emailed proofs) is $20 from January through July, and $10 during the "off-season" -- August through December
		All diplomas come with padded covers. At the time you set up the template, you will also tell us which one of our stocked covers you would like to use. (We have 14 size/color combinations in stock)
		Once the template is established, take advantage of volume pricing on diplomas with covers by using our diploma order forms for schools with an established template
		Once the template is established, take advantage of volume pricing AND "Early Discounts" on school packages, which contain cap, gown, tassel, diploma from template, and deluxe cover.

*Custom Foil Crest (Seal), No Minimum Quantity*
		We can add your school's crest in flat foil on your diplomas with no minimum order, provided that you have a template set up with us
		There is a $25 one-time charge the first time we fill an order with your custom crest. This may be paid at the time the template is established
		After the initial set-up, the foil seal will add between $.99 and $2.99 per diploma, depending on the quantity on your order. See our pricing page for details
		The artwork requirements for a custom foil crest are very specific. See this page for details.
		Art must be black and white only; no colors or shades of grey. All areas of the artwork that are black will be foil. (We offer gold, red and blue foil)
		Or -- contact us to exchange e-mail addresses, and we can look at your art and tell you if it is suitable for a flat foil crest.
		Once you've established a template with your custom foil crest, we will provide you with a link to the order forms, which are not available to the general public.

*Many Options Can Be Added to Your Diplomas*
		Add your school name on the front of the diploma covers for a single charge of $13.25. There is no minimum quantity. This charge pays for the stamping for ALL diploma covers on your order
		Add your school logo to the front of the diploma covers for a single charge of $13.25. There is a minimum of 15 diplomas or packages for this option, and a one-time die charge is required
		Add hand calligraphy for the student names, if desired
		Add an Honors Seal, if you have students that have earned a level of distinction
		Add one of our "Exclusive" engraved crests (seals) to your order, if you'd like. The high level of detail on these crests make them a popular choice for small schools with a demand for excellence.
		We offer an announcement package, which is priced by quantity. Each student gets 30 announcements and 50 name cards with the option of ordering more. We have 35 design/color combinations to choose from.
		We stock a full range of sizes in 9 colors of caps and gowns, as well as 49 colors of tassels and a variety of honors items.
		We can ship a complete order for your school, including diplomas and apparel, in 3 - 5 business days (Allow 3 business days for completion of the template before placing your first order.)

*Fast Shipment and Excellent Customer Service*
		Easy-to-use on-line order forms for diplomas and packages allow you to place the order at your convenience.
		Our shopping cart asks for your "need-by date" so that we can contact you if you have not chosen a shipping method that will get it to you on time.
		Assuming that your template has already been established, your order ships in 3 - 5 business days after it is placed and paid for
		You may add a RUSH to a diploma or package order, if needed. The price varies with the quantity
		Our customer service is very responsive, and is knowledgeable about the production times and shipping methods. We take pride in making sure you get exactly what you want, delivered on time

For schools that can use 50 or more diplomas in a 2-year period :
		We can offer you additional features and pricing such as -
		Engraving and/or multiple foil colors (die charges apply on initial order)
		Thermography for a traditional look
		Stamping of the school crest or other graphic design on the diploma covers (die charges apply on the initial order) See pricing in "section two" for these options
		Even with these features, orders still ship in 3 - 5 business days after the establishment of your school's master stock.
		(Master stock with engraving, foil or thermography may require 4 to 12 weeks for completion, so if you are interested in these options, contact us early!)

*Flexibility to Meet Almost Every Need*
		We offer two-year pricing for schools that can use at least 15 diplomas in two years; see details on our pricing page.
		Are you an on-line school? We can add your signature to the diploma and ship directly to students
		Or -- do you need diplomas on a weekly or monthly basis rather than once or twice a year? We have pricing that allows you to lock in your volume discount, even if the diplomas are not ordered at one time
		If you'd like, we can set up a free private ordering page for your graduates to place orders for accessory items and/or announcements, which can be shipped along with your diplomas or packages. This allows the parents to pay us directly for their items, yet allows you to have control over what is offered. We are able to email you a report at any time so that you can see what items each person has ordered.
		If your students are not in the same geographic area as the school, you can set up a private ordering page and have us ship items directly to them
		Contact us if you need a service or product that you don't see on our site -- We serve many schools in MANY different ways, and we are flexible!

NOTE: We do not set up school templates unless we are dealing with school officials. If we have reason to suspect that a template is being established by a student, we may request information so that we can verify the status of the person requesting the template.

Who May Purchase a Diploma?

Cornerstone Graduate Supply, Inc. (DBA Homeschool Diploma.com) is not a school or an accrediting agency and does not "issue" diplomas, carry out any testing, or verify the information on the diplomas, but provides printing and graphic arts service to school administrators who wish to issue a diploma. The school provides the signature(s). All claims made on the diploma are the responsibility of the customer.

Homeschool Diploma.com does not sell diplomas directly to students, nor do we sell "replacement," "novelty" or "honorary" diplomas. We sell diplomas only to those who have the authority to issue them, which includes administrators of established schools and parents who have such authority through compliance with the laws of their state regarding home schooling.

We reserve the right to refuse to do business with those whom we believe are attempting to purchase a diploma for the purpose of deceit.
