Pricing on Diplomas for Schools with Templates

The price list below is for diploma orders which utilize a diploma template, where the only variable data is the student name, graduation date, and, if desired, the degree. See the section below the charts for details about the pricing.

PRICING, SECTION ONE:
Pricing for Schools that use from 1 to 14 diplomas at one time

Pricing Details

*Your School Name Stamped on the Diploma Cover*
	There is no minimum quantity to have the school name on the diploma cover There is no die charge for this option if we use the Old English font There is a $13.25 setup charge to stamp the school name on the cover. This is a "per line" charge, so if you would like to have the city and state on a second line in a smaller font, or if your school name requires two lines, there would be two $13.25 setup charges to do the job. The $13.25 setup charge is not a "per diploma" cost, NOR is it a "one-time" charge. It is charged once PER ORDER, regardless of how many diplomas or covers are on the order.
*Your Crest or Seal on the Diploma Cover*
	There is a minimum of 15 diploma covers for stamping a graphic design on the cover (no minimum for text) We must make a die for you before the first order can be filled. The die charge is $37 and the creation of the die will add 5 business days to your first order. As long as you do not need to change the design, the die can be used for all of your subsequent orders without another die charge and without adding to the production time. Aside from the one-time die charge, there is a $13.25 set up fee each time you place an order. This does not depend on the number of diplomas in the order - it is a single, set amount "per order." Please see this page for detailed information about how to format your artwork for the die. We can't use your artwork if it is not formatted correctly.
*Orders that are not shipped at one time:*
	To lock in the prices shown in section two above for an order which is not shipped at one time, 50% of the order must be paid in advance. The balance is paid on each part of the order at the time it is shipped. (Example: A school expects to have 10 graduates in December and 20 in June. They will lock in the price on an order of 30 by paying for 50% of all 30 diplomas in advance. (50% of $17.50 = $8.75. A deposit of 30 x $8.75, or $262.50 would be paid up front.) When they give us the names for the December diplomas, they would pay the balance of $8.75 each x 10 diplomas plus the shipping costs. Some schools have us ship directly to their students. If you are paying a deposit on a quantity of 15 or more diplomas so that you can make multiple purchases at a locked-in price, we require a $2.25 handling charge on shipments of a single diploma sent directly to the student. (We can put your signatures on the template. There is a $15 art charge per signature when setting up the template.)
*Stamped diploma covers for orders that are not shipped at one time:*
	We stamp the covers for an entire order at the time it is placed and the 50% deposit is paid. If the order is not shipped at one time, we store the covers for you. Stamped covers that remain after the specified time frame for using them may be transferred to the next year's order OR they may be shipped to the school upon payment of the difference between the deposit paid and the current rate for stamped diploma covers, plus shipping costs If, within 30 days after the end of the one year period, the school neither places another order nor pays the balance on the diploma covers, they will be discarded. A school that needs more diplomas than they have initially expected within the specified time frame may purchase additional diplomas at the same price, but if additional covers need to be stamped, the $13.25 setup charge applies, and if the covers have a logo or crest, the 15 cover minimum also applies.
*Orders for 50+ diplomas with engraving and / or thermography*
	Please contact us by phone or email if you are interested in setting up an order for diplomas with engraving and / or thermography. Be sure to start early, since the process of creating the "master stock" for your school requires 5 - 6 weeks for thermography and as long as 12 weeks for engraving. Once the master stock has been created, your orders ship in 3 - 5 business days. Engraving and foil dies for a custom crest for your school range from $75 to $750 depending on how elaborate the crest is and how many dies are required. We can give you some idea of the die costs by looking at your artwork. If you use a "state seal" on your diploma and if it is one that we have a die on file for, you are not charged for dies. This can be a reasonable way to give your diploma permanence and to make it more difficult to duplicate.
