Setting
up a Group Diploma Order - Type #3

The
information on this page is for those who wish to set
up a group diploma order where the homeschool group
leaders collect the information from each family and
transmit it to us electronically. The group pays us
directly for the order, and we ship everything in one
box to your group contact person.
Here
is how it works: |
| 1. |
One
person serves as the contact person for your group.
This person sets up and receives the order. They
can designate others to help with the project, make
phone calls, etc., but the contact member should
be the one that we deal with directly. |
2. |
The
contact person uses the link below to give us
the information we need to set up your order.
We will need to know the minimum number of diplomas
in your order and the deadline you plan to use
so that we can be sure you get the correct discount,
if one applies. When we contact you by phone,
we will also want to know what color diploma cover
and what paper your group will use, as well as
the date to be printed on the diplomas.

After
we contact you to be sure we have all of your
information on hand and know what your deadlines
will be, we will be ready for your order at any
time. The group contact person collects the pertinent
information from the families and gives it to
us using the order form on this page:

We
will e-mail an invoice for the total, and once
payment is received, we will ship the group's
order to the contact person within 2 to 3 weeks.

Please
read this important information:
- This ordering method
is for Standard Diplomas only. To qualify for the
discount, orders must be set up and completed by the
deadlines listed.
- If your group has late-comers
that join after your group's diploma ordering deadline
has passed, they may place their order from us as
an individual customer. They pay for their diploma
and shipping at the time they order, and can use the
group coordinator's address as the shipping address
if they choose. The late orders do not receive the
group discount.
- The
deadlines listed are firm.
If we do not have your order
by the deadlines established, the discount price will
not apply.

Contact us as soon as possible!
March through June are very, very busy for
us, since that is the time most of our orders from
individual families and many Christian schools come
in. We finish filling the group orders by the middle
of March. If you know your group will have a graduation
in May, it is not too early to contact us in the
fall and get it set up so that we may have your
order ready to ship in January or February.
