How
many families do we need to order as a group?
Our packages are offered for groups
as small as 5. Sometimes we have families in the
same church or support group purchase a basic
package together just to save money, even though
they may not be planning to hold a ceremony together.
Do
we need to have our ceremony information finalized
before we can order a package?
No, that is not necessary.
If you place the order for the package by the
initial deadline (Dec 12th or Feb. 1st), we will
not need to have your graduation date until we
are ready to make your diplomas (see the dates
for the "details deadline"). The location
and time do not need to be finalized until we
are ready to print the announcements.

How
do we place the order for our packages?
The
contact person or group leader prints the order
form from our site and hands it out to the
membership. They then collect the information
and the payment, and place the package order with
us by the deadline (either Dec 12th or Feb. 1st).
We need both the payment and the information that
has been collected. Your group's contact person
can mail or fax copies of the forms to us. If
a payment is being mailed, it must be in our office
by the order deadline. (Please send a single payment.
We can't accept a pile of personal checks from
your group.)
Once
we have your order,
we call your contact person to determine a good
date for your "details deadline." It
usually only takes us a couple of days after that
to set up a group's private ordering web page.The
page has your group's name at the top, gives complete
instructions, and tells the deadline by which
the group members need to come to that web page
to complete their order.

We e-mail the link to the contact
person, and they pass it along to all the group

What
happens if members of our group do not visit the
group's on-line ordering page?
When we set up your
order, we will be getting some basic information
from each family, including the family's school
name and student name. This information is "temporary"
in the sense that it will be superseded by any
information they give us on-line. However, the
reason we collect that "basic" information
is so that we can still create a diploma for that
graduate even if they do not come to the web site
to give us information. Once your deadline has
passed, we want to take down your web page and
ship your order. Those who do not provide on-line
information by the deadline will get a Standard
Diploma with the information they gave us on the
paper order form. You may
have some families who do not want anything other
than the Standard Diploma and who do not want
accessories. They may be very happy not
to have to come to the web site, and we'll just
use their information from the order form to create
their diploma.

When
can we expect delivery of our packages?
Basically, we ship
your apparel and diplomas about 4 weeks after
we have ALL your information. If ordering
a package with announcements, those are shipped
directly to you from the printer about the same
time. For example, if
your group meets the first order deadline and
then is finished giving us the details by January
15, we will ship your box of diplomas and apparel
by February 15th, so you can expect it in mid
to late February.

What
about families that want to join our group after
we've ordered our packages?
The package plan does not exclude
your group from adding graduates after the deadline.
With the exception of the group's own announcement
or special-order tassels, everything your group
purchases can also be purchased at the regular
price from the "public pages" of our
site. If you have a handful of people who
seem to be interested in participating in your
group order, but don't get their payment in on
time or can't commit to it by the deadline, this
does not exclude them from getting their items
directly from us at the regular price and paying
for their own shipping on it.
Those who ARE able to commit to
participation and pay by the deadline will get
the best prices. Those who want to add-in
later (subject, of course, to your group's
approval and deadlines for participation)
can still get their items from us, but at a higher
cost.

Some
people will not want to give their credit card
information if they upgrade their diploma or purchase
accessories. Can they pay by mail?
It is not
necessary for families to use a credit card. Our
checkout page offers three options for payment:
mailing a money order, using a credit or debit
card online, and calling in a credit or debit
card. Some families will owe no money at all beyond
the price of the package that they paid to the
group. If they do, and if they plan to mail us
a money order, it needs to be sent immediately.
If we do not have the payment by the group's ordering
deadline, it will hold up the shipping of the
group's order.

If
we order a package with announcements, what will
they say and what do they look like?
You may choose from
any of the distinctive
announcements - they are very high quality
products! We have 6 different designs, each offered
in various color combinations, for a total of
about 40 different cards to choose from. Your
group selects the style and color of the card,
and gives us the details of what you want us to
print on them. They are completely customizable,
with etchings, verses or mottos, and all the information
you want to include about your ceremony. There
is no additional charge for etchings or additional
areas of text. All of the cards in your group's
package order will be exactly the same, and each
student adds a name card to personalize the announcement.

Can
I get samples to show others in my group?
If your group is considering one
of our packages, we'll be happy to send a sample
diploma and cover if it is a group of ten
or more. We can also send unprinted samples of
the announcements that are included in the package
plans if you can narrow it down to the ones you
are most interested in. Call us toll-free at 877-466-2563
to request samples for your grou, or contact
us by e-mail.

Can
packages be returned if someone backs out of our
group?
If a family has paid
for their package but has not yet given the details
for their diploma, we will refund 90% of the package
cost. However, if they have already visited the
group's page and given us diploma information
on-line, ORif the group's deadline for providing
that information has passed, then only the cap,
gown, and tassel will be accepted for a refund,
less 10%. There is no refund for diplomas,
announcements, or name cards once they have been
printed.
HOWEVER, if losing
one member would put your group below the minimum
order for your price breakdown, then we will not
accept any returned packages. For example, if
your group has 14 members and has ordered package
B for groups with 10 to 24 graduates, a package
refund is not a problem and would be handled as
above. But if your group has ordered that same
package B and has exactly ten members, we would
not accept a refund because it would change the
pricing for everyone else in the group.
In this case, it would be best for that member
to find someone else to take their place; we can
help exchange the apparel sizes and colors if
necessary.

How
are the orders packaged within our shipment?
We will send your
order to the person you designate -- usually the
group leader or the person who has set up the
order with us. Each individual family's order
is packed in a clear plastic bag with their name
and address visible. The group leader only needs
to pass out the bags. If there is a problem with
the order, the family can contact us directly
-- our phone number is on their receipt.
