We
are very excited to be able to offer this
line of announcements
to our
groups and schools. We feel these are even
higher quality products than what we are
offering in the Classic and Deluxe sections
of our site. Your group can take advantage
of excellent prices on these beautiful,
pre-folded announcements
which are designed to be used with name
cards.
- You may include
these announcements as part of a group
package. The cards
for everyone in the group must be the
same. Packages include name cards to personalize
the announcements.
OR
- Have us set up a private
ordering page where your group members
may purchase the announcements the group
has selected, as well as name cards and
accessories. There is a minimum order
(from the entire group) of 300 for a private
ordering page. All 300 must be the same.
OR
- Beginning in January of 2008, even
if you don't meet the minimum order of
300 for a private page,
you can now order these announcements.
The new minimum order is 50. See the order
forms for pricing on the new smaller quantities.
To order in quantities under 300, one
person can collect the payment and information
from the families and place the order
for the entire group on-line. If you plan
to use this method, let us know; we can
e-mail you some paper forms that are helpful
in collecting the information from the
various families. The on-line order forms
are accessible through the links below.

Basic Info:

All cards
in this section are the same price.
Any card in this section of our web site may be
chosen for a group package order. If you
are not ordering a package, the
prices are as follows: (These are prices for groups
that have the entire order shipped to one address.
In order to be considered one order, all the announcements
must be the same.)
- 300 to 750: $1.23 each
- 760 - 1,000: $1.09 each
- 1,010 - 2,000: $1.02 each
- 2,010 and up: $.98 each

All
are high-quality cards with two colors of foil,
and embossing or engraving
|

Your
verse is printed in raised black ink (thermography)
giving the time, date and location of the ceremony.
(We have a page of verse
suggestions to help you decide what you want
the verse to say.)

Each
student personalizes their announcement with a name
card, which is also printed in raised ink in the
same typestyle you select for the verse.
|
|
All
announcements in this section have slots to hold
the name card EXCEPT # 9902

You
may use one of our etchings.
There is no extra charge for etchings if you are
purchasing a package or having us set up a private
ordering page for your group.

You
may use a Bible verse or motto (some designs have
room for two verses and an etching in addition to
the main text!) There is no extra charge for the
extra areas of text if
you are purchasing a package or having us set up
a private ordering page for your group.

Inner
and outer envelopes are included. (You'll be impressed
by the weight of these envelopes!)

Unlike the designs in our Classic,
Budget and Deluxe sections, these announcements
all come pre-folded. |

Designs
in this section of our site are sold in quantities
of 10 instead of 25. Because of this, is it possible
to purchase a quantity that is closest to what you
actually need.

Allow
two to three weeks total production time -- that
is one week for the proof and 5 to 10 business days
for printing.
|
The Designs:
There are 6 different designs, and
all are offered in a number of different color combinations,
for a total of 40 different possibilities. Use the "More
Info" buttons to view other color combinations.
Design # 9902BS
|
This brand new
design is shown in royal blue and silver, and
is also available in black and gold, maroon and
silver, and red and silver. This elegant design
is created by framing the crest with a diamond-shaped
embossed frame. The words "CLASS OF"
at the top are silver foil. The layout is a classic,
yet the combination of silver foil and bright
white paper gives it a clean, contemporary feel. Note:
This card does NOT have slots for the name card.

Design # 107RS |
This is a classic
design with flat foil used for the "Class
of," and raised (embossed) foil for the "Seniors"
crest. The vertical year-line is printed in raised
black ink. You may choose from a number
of different year-line designs. Click the button

|
The
deckle-edged vellum paper and "soft"
foils are elegant, and the engraved crest gives
this design a richness unlike any other! The
overlay engraving makes this the most beautiful
announcement we offer in any department, and the
full tri-fold means you have more room for personalization!

|
This maroon and
gold announcement, like the design shown directly
above, is a full tri-fold layout with a deckle
edge. Your school or group name can be used across
the bottom as shown, or you may use a year-line.
The airbrushed shadow behind the textured maroon
foil really makes the word "Seniors"
pop out!
Also available
in Black and gold, Red and gold, and royal
blue and silver on navy paper... a total of 8

|
This announcement
with the engraved crest is a single-fold style
with a deckle edge at the bottom. The name card
goes on the inside top, with room for a verse
or etching above it. Some colors are offered with
the "class of" above the wavy line,
and others are offered with "seniors"
instead of "class of." Shown here in
royal blue & gold on black paper, the same
design is also available on white vellum in red
& gold, black & silver, purple & gold,
green & silver, red & silver, and maroon
& gold.

Design # 161GS
|
Another full tri-fold
design, this card opens along the curved silver
line on the right. The year (printed in raised
black ink) is on the second panel, which opens
to reveal the announcement verse. With room for
an etching and two quotations as well as your
name card, this is a design that can really express
the personality and purpose of your group or school.
This design is especially pretty with purple and
silver foil on black vellum!

Note:
People often call to ask us if all the
announcements for a group order need to "all be
the same." The answer is "yes, to get the
best price." Normally cards like this are personalized
by using a name card and all the cards themselves are
the same to get a volume price on the announcements.
Name cards are sold separately on the order forms and
are available to match the paper color, ink color and
lettering style of your announcements.
