Ordering
Information for groups that are "too small" or "too
late" for our regular discounts
If
you have missed the deadlines or don't have enough members
in your group to take advantage of our discounts or packages,
you may still be able save on your order by sharing the shipping
costs:
Do
you have at least 5 graduates? If so, AND if
your group's order will include 5 or more diplomas OR
will total $300 or more...
we
will ship the order in one box for a flat shipping fee
of $1.50 per person if the order is handled by your
group and submitted to us with one payment.

- Have
each family come to the "public" pages of
our web site and place an order for whatever items
they need.
- They
must check out WITHOUT paying for the order on-line.
Explain to the families that if they DO pay for the
order on-line, it will be shipped directly to them
and they will lose the benefit of the group shipping.
- Ask
them to bring a print-out of their order (with order
number) to a group meeting. They should make out a
check to the group for their merchandise total plus
$2.00 for shipping. In other words, subtract the shipping
cost that the shopping cart calculated, and add $1.50
instead.
- Your
group treasurer should send us a list with each person's
order number, the amount they owe, and one cashier's
check or money order for the entire total.
- When you send the payment, give us the address
of the person we are to ship the order to.
- Allow up to two weeks for us to ship an order of
this type.
- The $1.50 per person flat shipping charge is only
for orders of 5 or more diplomas OR orders that total
$300 or more
- All orders must be placed on line but NOT
paid for on-line.
- This type of order is not limited to a specific
time of year.

If you
are the person in charge of planning a homeschool graduation
and there are at least 10 graduates in your group, call and
request a sample diploma for your group's next meeting.
