Note:
In most states a homeschool group that may be holding
a graduation ceremony would NOT be the issuer of the
diploma. At Homeschool Diploma, our assumption
is that each family will have a different school name.
For this reason, every diploma that we create for your
graduates is unique, bearing the name of the family's
own home school, and crafted to their exact specifications.

After February 1st , discounts are not offered,

There are three
ways we can set up a diploma order for your homeschool
group:
| 1.
|
We can set up a private ordering page for your
group, featuring diplomas and accessories. Diplomas
are priced at the discounts shown above. Each
family goes to that page, orders whatever diploma
and accessories they want, and pays us directly.
Any accessories that are ordered from that page
are shipped with the group's diploma order at
no additional shipping cost. Everything is shipped
in one box to the group leader. This is the preferred
method -- simplest for you, for us, and for the

If your group is charging a set fee for participation
so that the payment for the diplomas will come
from the group's treasury rather than from the
families themselves, AND if some members of your
group will want a Personalized diploma or accessories,
the second ordering method is for you.
We
can set up an ordering page as explained in #1
above, but with the discounted price of a Standard
Diploma subtracted from what the families will
pay. In other words, the group will pay for the
Standard Diploma, and the families will come on
line to give us their diploma information and
will pay us directly if they want to upgrade to
a Personalized Diploma ($4), add options such
as an honors seal or personalized cover, or purchase
accessories. Everything is still shipped in one
box to the group leader, and the shipping on accessories
is free.
This
option allows everyone to get exactly what they
want in the way of a diploma, but the group still
pays us the same amount toward each family's order.

If your group is paying for the diplomas, AND
if
all the diplomas will be Standard Diplomas with
a the same paper and the same graduation date,
this third option is for you.
The
group will need to collect the following information
from each family: Student name, School Name, City
and State (optional) and choice of seal. The group
leader gives this information to us electronically,
either by e-mail or through our order form. Each
diploma will have the same graduation date, the
same paper, and the same diploma cover color.
Placing an order this way is a little more work
for the group leaders, but if you have a situation
where simplicity is paramount and members of the
group can't or won't come on line to give us their
own information, this ordering method works well.
