Graduation Announcement Options for Groups and Schools

There are a number of options that your group may consider when purchasing from us. Feel free to call and request samples or ask questions!

1. “Distinctive” Announcements We recommend these because they are our nicest announcements, they come pre-folded, and they are reasonably priced in larger quantities, making them ideal for groups and schools. All of the “Distinctive” announcements are the same price regardless of paper color or fold style.

We can put up a private ordering page for just your announcements and accessories, OR we can add them to the page where your group is ordering packages or diplomas. In either case, we need a minimum purchase of 300 cards that are all the same. You can fill out our order form to get started, or give us a call! Announcement "Add-on" Package Ordering If your group is purchasing the package with apparel and diplomas, AND you have a minimum of ten people who need at least 30 announcements each, we have the "Announcement Add-on Package." (See it on this page.) This is a package of announcements, name cards and envelope seals. This is the best pricing for the Distinctive announcements, but each person must get the minimum quantity of 30. 2. Semi-Personalized Announcements The most common situation we encounter with our homeschool groups is that the purchase of a package for apparel and diploma is an easy decision, but coming to agreement on a common design and text for an announcement is more difficult.
Click the images above to view the Semi-personalized announcements with Christian Education engraved crest	For groups who decide not to do a custom card for the group, we commonly add our "Semi-personalized" announcements as an option on group ordering pages. The announcements at left, which include inner and outer envelopes, are our “Semi-personalized” designs. These have pre-printed texts appropriate for Christian homeschooling families. Because we print these in large quantities, we can offer a reasonable price for a very high quality product. They are made to be personalized with a name card and are sold in multiples of ten. These cards have our own “Christian Education” engraved crest on the front. The semi-personalized announcements do not contain any specific information about your ceremony, because they are already printed. However, on a group ordering page, we commonly offer a coordinating foil insert card that gives the ceremony information. They can be inserted into the card to provide the ceremony information for those recipients that would be invited to attend. PROMOTION: for 2012 we are offering the insert cards with the group's ceremony information FREE for those purchasing either of these announcements along with their group package. If the group is ordering diplomas only (instead of packages) inserts with the ceremony information are offered at a 30% discount. Obviously, if there is enough interest among the group members, it makes sense to print the ceremony information on the card itself, but in many cases, this is an option which is very high quality and available in small quantities.

3. Foil Tri-fold Announcements This is another very good option for those purchasing announcements for a group of students. This is a new design, which was very popular last year, especially with Christian schools who used their own crest on the front of the card.

For this type of order, all cards are identical except for the student names on the front. The announcement quantities for each graduate must be ordered in multiples of ten. (Here is the 'multiple student' order form for the black cards, for example.) If there are a handful of parents in your group who like this option, one of them could order the cards for all of them, and they would use the existing on-line order forms like the one in the link above. If your group would be able to use over 300 cards, we can add these to a private ordering page for packages or diplomas so that each family can place their own order for the number they need.
