How to Set Up a Group Announcement Order

Order "Distinctive" or "Christian Education" Announcements if...
		your families want to order together to get the best pricing on the highest quality announcements
		your group can agree on a single announcement design and wording
		the group as a whole can use at least 300 announcements

1. Quantities Needed to Set Up an Announcement Order:
	Announcements are sold in packages of ten, and for a group order, all cards must be identical. They are normally personalized with name cards, which are sold separately. There is a minimum purchase of 300 announcements in order to have us set up on-line ordering for you. For example:
		At least ten package "add-ons" that each contain 30 announcements, 50 name cards, and 30 envelopes seals.
		A minimum of 300 for the entire group if each person is ordering "a la carte," either with or without packages.
2. What Will Your Announcements Look Like?
	In order to put a picture of the announcement on your ordering page, we need to have some basic information. At the very least, we need to know the style of the card and the lettering style.

		You may also choose one of the "Christian Education" designs shown here.
		Choose your lettering style from this page. (The lettering style cannot be changed after people begin ordering, because we print the name cards as the orders are placed.)
3. What is the cost for the Announcements?
		If your group is planning to order "A la Carte" (each person orders their own, in packages of ten, and orders the name card separately) there are no "deadlines" and you can contact us any time to set up an order. The pricing for "a la cart ordering" is on this page.
		If your group is planning to order a package and would like to use the 'package add-on" containing 30 announcements and 50 name cards, the price is a little lower, and envelope seals are included. (Information and pricing about the "add-on" is on this page.) The price category is determined by deadline chosen and by the number of people purchasing the announcements. (The number in the group is irrelevant)
		There is no charge for the proof and there is no charge for the shipping if we can ship to one person.
		There is no charge for extra areas of text or etchings on the announcement
4. How does the ordering process work?
		You use the button at the bottom of this page to fill out the form and give us your information
		We set up an ordering page for the announcements, or add them to your diploma or package page
		Each family places and pays for their own order (or we can deduct a group contribution to each order)
		We e-mail you a proof during the time orders are being placed
		Once everyone has ordered, we print!
		We ship to the contact person. Allow 1 - 2 weeks for orders under 500, and 2 - 3 weeks for orders of 500 or more.
5. Other Information To Give Us, If You Can:
	We will want to have the rest of this information at least a week before the ordering deadline so that we can get a proof made for you. The rest of this information is optional for setting up the page, but please provide it as soon as you can.
		Depending on the style of card, there may be room for one or more Bible verses or Mottos. We have suggestions here.
		Depending on the style of the card, there may be room for one or more etchings on the card. View our etchings here. We can set up a custom etching for you as well, if you can provide the artwork. There is a one-time charge of $25 to set it up.

		Your card will need a text on the main panel inside. We have suggestions on our web site, and you are free to use one, or write your own. We will evaluate your text based on social correctness, appearance and grammar, and will make suggestions.
