Gowns do not need to be the same color. If you do want to limit the group's color choices, we check the orders as they come in and contact any customers who don't order the correct items. |

Choose from Matte finish or Traditional (shinier finish) gowns. If you have ordered from us prior to February 2011, the gowns you've gotten from us are the "Traditional" style gowns. We still carry them, and the colors have not changed. We recommend these for homeschool groups that want to be able to reuse gowns from previous years because the colors and fabrics have been extraordinarily consistent from year to year over the past 9 years! We have a comparison page and chart that you may find useful in determining which style cap and gown set is the best choice for your group. |

If ordering Traditional sets, choose from these 14 colors: Navy, Black, White, Maroon, Royal Blue, Rose, Red, Forest Green, Purple, Sky Blue, Emerald Green, Silver/Grey, Turquoise, Bright Gold. The last five colors listed are ones that we do not stock, but we can get them readily. A group order that contains one of these five un-stocked colors may be delayed a week or two. (We also offer the following four colors on a special order basis: Antique Gold, Old Gold, Brown, Burnt Orange. Call for information if interested in one of the four special-order colors.) |

We can also offer a special order "Ultra" gown in your package, if you'd prefer. It is a matte gown which is available in a wider range of colors than the ones we stock. The Ultra gown adds $3.50 to the cost of the package. Call for more information and sample swatches if you are interested in the Ultra gowns. |

Tassel with Year Date Charm - 53 Colors to Choose From

Tassels do not need to be the same color; each graduate can choose their own if the group decides on that option. We have 53 in-stock tassel colors to choose from. |

Custom Tassels: A custom color tassel (up to 3 colors) may be chosen if the whole group is using the same tassel, but we must have a minimum order of a dozen to sell such non-stock tassels So if you have 10 members in your group and you wanted a color or combination that we do not stock, we would have to order (and have you purchase) at least 12 of them. (In past years we've limited the special order tassels to purchases of even dozens, but have changed our policy to accommodate more groups. Now, if you order at least one dozen, we will get the tassels you need.) Keep in mind, though, that a custom tassel can add 2 - 3 weeks to the time it takes us to fill the order. |

We have two different styles of charms for our tassels -- the two-digit year charm is our default and the most popular. However, if your group would like to use the four-digit year charm, we can accommodate your request, but you must let us know at the time the order is set up. We have no way to let each person choose the charm style for their own individual tassel. If the group states a preference, we follow that preference for everyone's order. If they do not give a preference, we still make sure everyone in the group gets the same style charm - usually the two-digit style.

Deluxe Diploma Cover - Many Colors and Designs

Diploma covers are fully padded, 8.5" x 11" with white silk moire interior and gold corner ribbons. They come with acetate and tissue, and are offered in a wide variety of colors and designs. See all of the options on this page. Our most popular Deluxe cover is offered in Black, Navy and Maroon with a choice of two seal designs and the words "Diploma of Graduation" stamped on the front in gold foil. We also carry covers which say "Diploma of Graduation" without any seal design - they are carried in Black, Navy, Royal, Maroon, Red and Green. The package includes covers "A" "B" and "F" (on this page) at no additional charge. |

Any families that would like to upgrade their graduate's diploma cover with their own school name or the student's name may order it with their diploma for an additional charge of $12.95 per line. We also have several new cover options that have the school name stamped beneath one of our "Exclusive" seals. These are shown as options "C", "D" and "E" on this page. |

When setting up the order, we ask whether the group wants to select a common color and / or design for the diploma covers or if they prefer to let each family choose their own. Most commonly, the group will pick a single color for uniformity in the ceremony and let the family select the style for the front of the cover, upgrading to a personalized style if they desire. |

If desired, we can stamp the entire group's diploma covers with the organization name or logo for a single $12.95 charge. This charge must be paid for separately; we cannot adjust the order forms to build it into the cost of the package. |

Standard Diploma - Free Personalized Diploma Upgrade in 2012!

The Standard diploma that's included in our Graduation Package has the family's school name at the top, the city and state (or school motto), the student name, the graduation date and "standard" wording. (see image of Standard diploma). Each family also chooses their own paper, one of our three embossed seal designs, and the diploma cover. Each diploma is created specifically for the family that orders it; they need not be alike in any way. The signature lines on the Standard diploma read "Signature of Administrator" and "Signature of Instructor." |

In addition to the Standard Diploma, we also offer Personalized, Exclusive and Gilded Diplomas in a variety of wording choices. (We have a total of 13 diplomas). These diplomas offer 4 wording options, a Bible verse, multiple options for signature line titles, and a variety of seals. |

UPDATE for 2012: Our packages for 2012 INCLUDE a Personalized Diploma at no extra charge. (This is a $4 upgrade for free.)

In addition, all 2012 packages offer an optional upgrade to one of our three Exclusive engraved seals. This Exclusive seal option is free on the earliest orders, and is an upgrade offered for $1, $3, $4, and $5 on successively later orders. The Exclusive seal is an upgrade that normally adds $12.95 to a diploma! |

Parents may add an Honors Seal to any diploma: all diploma order forms, including those for the Standard Diploma, offer the option of adding an Honors Seal for an additional $2.50. We have three levels of honors seals, and they are offered in both English and Latin. |
