for your homeschool group or small school!

If you are part of the planning team for a graduation, whether for a small school or for a local or state-wide homeschool graduation, we are uniquely set up to make the process easier for you!

Special for 2012: All packages will include a free upgrade to a Personalized Diploma, as well as the option of adding an "Exclusive" engraved diploma seal. The engraved seal is free for early orders!

1. Package Plans
	If your group is able to get organized and place their order by the first week of March, you may take advantage of our package plan. We offer a complete package containing the apparel, a diploma with each family's school name arched at the top, and a deluxe diploma cover. We can set up a private ordering page for you so that each family can pay for the items the group has selected-- we make the ordering easy! The prices depend on the size of the group and the ordering deadline chosen. We have packages for groups as small as 5 and can add announcements to the package, too! 2. Diplomas
	If you do not need a package, but have 7 or more in your group, we offer discounts on diplomas, and can set up an ordering page for your group with a coupon for a discount on the diplomas. Take advantage of a single shipping cost for the whole group by ordering this way! Accessories ordered on-line with a group diploma order are shipped free! 3. Announcements
	The larger your group is, the more you will save by ordering a common announcement design for everyone. See our "Announcement Options" page for an overview of what we offer groups. Our recommendation, for groups large enough to order a total of 300 or more, is our "Distinctive Announcements." We recommend these graduation invitations for homeschool groups because they are very high quality, available in many color combinations, and arrive pre-folded. For groups able to order at least 300 Distinctive announcements with the same text (they are personalized with a student name card, sold separately), we can set up a private ordering page for the group, or add the announcements to a page for packages or diplomas. 4. Private Ordering Pages for Local or Regional Homeschool Groups
	Behind the "regular" pages of our site are a large number of "private pages" which are set up, free of charge, for organizations whose members come directly to our site to order and pay for the items which the group has selected. Depending on the time of year and the size of your group, these private pages may have discount coupons on them. All of the private pages include free shipping on optional accessories. 5. Help With the Planning Process
	Our site has a section devoted to helping group leaders plan a graduation. A group of homeschool parents and students can be a VERY diverse bunch of people, and having everyone come to consensus on something as important as a graduation ceremony can be a daunting task! We have some suggestions and a timeline that you may find helpful>>

6. Special Services for On-line Schools or State-wide Organizations
	If you are directing a graduation ceremony for students who do not share a common geographical location, we can help make it easier! Your organization can select the items to be pictured on your private web page on our site. You link to that page from your site, or send the URL for the ordering page to those who register with you for the graduation, and families can order directly from us. We ship apparel, announcements and accessories directly to them well in advance of the ceremony, and we can provide you with quality diplomas and diploma covers for your ceremony. 7. For groups "too small" or "too late" for our packages or discounts
