Announcement Package for Schools or Homeschool Groups

2012 Announcement Package:

30 Graduation Announcements, 30 Envelope Seals and 50 Name Cards

• These are "add-on" prices, discounted for those already purchasing one of our graduation packages which includes the apparel and diploma with cover

• The prices below are based on the number of people purchasing the announcement package, not the number of total graduates

• All announcements for the school or group are the same, personalized with a name card

• Each graduate gets 30 announcements, 60 envelopes, 50 foil border name cards and 30 envelope seals

• Additional quantities may be added, and the name card may be upgraded to the "Year-border" style

• Choose from any of our 35 Distinctive Announcements -- and customize the card. A proof is provided prior to printing

• There is no charge for etchings or extra areas of text such as a Bible verse or motto.

• A custom etching may be added. There is a one-time $25 set up charge for a custom etching. Once set up, it can be used year after year with no charge.

• We will add the announcement package to your private ordering page, but first, we need the following information: 1) the announcement style, 2) font, and 3) approximate quantity

• Announcements ship 2 -3 weeks after we have the entire group's orders and payment

  Your group or school will need at least 10 graduates purchasing the announcement package in order to qualify for the pricing shown on this page, but if that is a problem, keep in mind that there is no deadline or 'discount dates' to have us simply sell the announcements "a la carte" by adding them to your ordering page. (We can also set up an ordering page just for the announcements as long as you meet the minimum purchase of 300.) See our page of announcement information for more options. If the group can use at least 300 cards, we offer the Distinctive announcements "a la carte" so that they can be purchased in smaller quantities.

 

Example: 20 graduates want to get a package that includes announcements and name cards. If ordering by the mid-December deadline, they would add $50.00 per person from the chart below to their graduation package (cap, gown, tassel, diploma and cover). If one graduate needed 50 announcements instead of 30, they would order the additional 20 when they place their order online. The cost of 20 additional cards for this group size would be $1.24 x 20=$24.80. The cost of additional cards does include additional envelope seals, but if more name cards are needed, there is a charge for them.
