Many of the groups ad schools that order from us choose from our “Distinctive” line of announcements. We recommend these because they are our nicest announcements, they come pre-folded, and they are most reasonable in larger quantities, making them ideal for groups and schools. All of the “Distinctive” announcements are the same price.

In order for your group to order them as a package "add-on" (or from your group's private web page), all of the announcements must be identical; they are printed with the text of your group’s choosing and are personalized by the use of the name card. (The “Distinctive” announcements all have slots for the name card.)

These cards come in many, many color combinations, for a total of about 40 possibilities. They include inner and outer envelopes.With a group order, there is no charge to use as many “extra” areas of printing as you’d like. You may choose one or more of our etchings, and add a Bible verse or class motto – whatever there is room for on the card. Groups are not charged for etchings or areas of additional text.

We can make these announcements available for your group to order online if you will be using a total of at least 300. If you are not ordering a package and just need announcements and accessories or announcements and diplomas, we can put up a private ordering page for you. In either case, we need a minimum purchase of 300.

The most common situation we encounter with our homeschool groups is that the purchase of a package for apparel and diploma is an easy decision, but coming up with a common choice for the announcement design and text is more difficult. Often there are some who really do not want announcements, or want a very limited quantity. For these reasons, we commonly add the Semi-personalized and the foil panel card designs as options on group ordering pages.

The announcement at left, which includes inner and outer envelopes, is our “semi-personalized” announcement. It is offered with two texts -- one for sons and one for daughters. Because we print these in very large quantities, they are a reasonable price for a very high quality product. They are made to be personalized with a name card and are sold in multiples of ten. The semi-personalized announcements do not contain any specific information about your ceremony, because they are already printed. However, on a group ordering page, we commonly offer a coordinating foil insert card that gives the ceremony information. They can be inserted into the card to provide the ceremony information for those recipients that would be invited to attend.

Obviously, if there is enough interest amongst the group members, it makes sense to print the ceremony information on the card itself, but for those doing their own announcement ordering, this is an option which is very high quality and available in small quantities.

The "Senior" announcement is another option for those purchasing announcements for a group of students. They include inner and outer envelopes, and are available in black or navy paper, and gold or silver foil.

The Senior Announcements are available in black or navy paper and in gold or silver foil They are offered for groups with a "multiple personalization" option. All cards must be identical except for the student names on the front. All of the printing inside the card will be the same for all of them, but each student's quantity of cards will bear their own name on the front. The announcement quantities for each graduate must be ordered in multiples of ten. The price is calculated by using the quantity for the entire, combined order, and then adding $4 for each individual student's personalization.

Here is an example of how the multiple personalization option works:

• Let's say a group of 4 graduates will be ordering together. They must agree on the same paper color, foil color, inside text, font style, and optional verse or motto for the left inside panel.
• Each student must decide how many cards they want, in multiples of ten. Let's say the three boys in the group each want 30 and the one female graduate wants to get 40.
• The cost of the announcement is determined by the chart above; They are getting a total of 130, so the announcement cost is $149.10, PLUS $4 per graduate for the personalization. In this case, that comes to about $1.15 per card plus the $4 personalization, so the young men are each paying $38.50 for their 30 announcements. This is about half the price of what they would pay if each one ordered individually.
• (Note: our shopping cart does not allow for multiple payment methods on a single order, so one person has to place the order and collect payment from the others.)

This same type of "multiple personalization" is offered for the "Graduation Card With Verse" shown on this page. The pricing is identical. On this option, the front is the same for all cards and the inside text is the same except for the line which gives the student's name.
