Make it easy... and take advantage of your group's buying power!

• The discounts are determined by the number in your group and how early you are able to order. We offer discounts on the graduation package for groups as small as 5. There are 5 different discount periods. The earlier you order, the more you save!

• Each family in your group can present their student with a beautiful diploma that bears the name of their own home school. Every diploma can be different. (Note: if you are a school or an organization whose diplomas are all the same except for the student name, the price is slightly lower. Homeschool group leaders, please see the note at the bottom of the page to decide if you should order as a school or as a homeschool group.)

• Our Graduation Package includes cap, gown, tassel, diploma, and Deluxe padded cover. Colors do not need to be the same unless you want them to be.
  
  
• If desired, we can add announcements to your group ordering page as an option for your families.

• The Cap and gown color may be the same for the whole group, OR each family may choose their own color. Tassel colors do not need to be the same. LIkewise, you may elect to have the diploma covers be the same color, or each family may choose their own color. The group determines whether they want to standardize colors or not.

• How it works: You determine your discount based on the number in your group and the ordering deadline you choose. Tell us how many graduates you have, and give us a list of their names. No advance payment is needed. We put up a private page for you with a discount coupon (view a sample group page), and you e-mail the URL of the private page to the group members. That discount coupon, when added to the shopping cart, accomplishes two things: it gives them the % discount on their package, and it controls their shipping cost. If the group's order can be shipped to one person for distribution, you will receive either free shipping or a "flat rate" shipping cost, depending on how early you order, and the orders arrive individually bagged, ready to hand out.
  
  
• Flexibility for you and your families: We strive to make it as easy for you as possible, while giving your families as much choice in their selection as they want. If it is easier for your group's situation to have one person do all of the ordering, we have a paper form you can use to collect the information, and special order forms to allow for quick on-line placement of the entire group's order. Our basic package includes the Standard diploma, but the families have the flexibility to use their discount on any of our diplomas, and they may add options (such as an honors seal or personalization on the diploma cover) to any diploma or package.
  
  
• We can add announcements to your group's ordering page: Announcements for a group can be handled in several different ways:

1. If there is enough unity among group members to agree on a common design and wording, and if at least ten group members will be purchasing a minimum of 30 announcement each, we have a package "add-on" that adds 30 Distinctive announcements and 50 Traditional foil name cards to each person's order. They have the option, when placing their order, to get a higher quantity.
2. If there are not at least ten people in the group who want to purchase 30 announcements each, those who may be interested can design a common announcement to be featured on the private ordering page, as long as they are able to meet the minimum total order of 300 announcements (sold in packages of ten). This could be 30 people ordering just ten each, or 4 people ordering 75 each.
3. If your group is too small to order a total of 300, or if there is not enough consensus to order as a group, each family can "do their own thing," and may take advantage of the group's special shipping prices to order from the wide selection on our site. • Free Shipping on our great selection of senior accessories (envelope seals, thank you notes, photo portfolios, senior t-shirts, etc.) As long as they are participating in a group order and are paying the shipping cost for their package (free or flat rate), your families receive free shipping on ANYTHING ELSE ordered from our web site before the group's deadline!
  
  
• Samples: If your group has ten or more graduates, call us at 877-466-2563 and request our sample diploma kit so that you may have it available for a meeting.
  

Easy Outline for Group Packages– How it works:

1. Determine your package discount from our chart by choosing your ordering deadline and group size.
2. Use this page to request your group’s coupon.
3. Within 2 business days, we set up a private page for your group, with instructions and your discount coupon, and email you the link.
4. You forward the ordering instructions and link to the families.
5. Each family comes to the group’s private page. They must add the group’s coupon to their cart to get the discount and the group shipping. The page contains instructions about what items should be ordered. Families may order any of the items on our web site – there is no additional shipping charge for any accessory items or announcements ordered with the package.
6. On Friday before the deadline, we email you a list of the people that have ordered (and the items they ordered) so that the “last minute” people can be called. (This report can be sent any time it is requested.)
7. The page comes down at midnight on the order deadline date.
8. Within 2 – 3 weeks after the deadline, we ship all orders to you. Within the box you receive, each graduate’s order is individually bagged in a clear plastic bag containing their items and their receipt.
9. You pass out the bags and make sure that everyone knows they are to check their orders immediately and call us directly if there are any problems or questions.

Note: In most states, a homeschool group that may be holding a graduation ceremony would not be the issuer of the diploma. At Homeschool Diploma, our assumption is that each family participating in a group graduation will have a different school name. For this reason, every diploma that we create for your graduates is unique, bearing the name of the family's own home school, and crafted to their exact specifications. If your homeschool group itself will be issuing the diplomas, and they are all the same except for the student's names, then you may order from our section of packages for schools.
