If you are planning a graduation for a group of families who are able to order on-line, we are uniquely set up to help you! Behind the "regular" pages of our site are a number of "private pages" which are put up, free of charge, for organizations whose members come directly to us to order and to pay for their items. You can get away from the tedious business of collecting orders and money!

	If your group is geographically dispersed, we can ship each family's order directly to them. This means that all the graduates can get matching cap and gown sets, but get them early enough to be sure that they fit and get their photos taken. Often the organization will design an announcement that is made available for the families to purchase. Most on-line schools and state-wide organizations have us ship directly to the students.
	Your organization selects the items that you want us to supply your graduates. We can handle your cap, gown and tassel as well as the graduation announcements. As with all our discounts, the earlier the order can be finalized and the larger the group, the better the prices are.
	We work with you to design the announcement for your group. We have a collection of beautiful and affordable designs that we recommend for groups and on-line schools. If your group can use at least 300 announcements, we can put up a private page for them to order from. When announcements are printed as one order with the same text and personalized with a name card, there is a substantial savings over the cost of having each family order their own separate printing.
	We will set up an private page for you that will have the organization's coupon. We give you the URL to that page, and you pass it along to your students or families. The coupon provides the group's pricing on any discounted items, and the private page features the items you want them to purchase (specific color cap and gown, for example). Families may purchase any items from our site, and their order is shipped directly to them.
	We work with you to determine an order deadline. For families who are hesitant about paying on-line, our shopping cart is set up to accept mailed-in payments by money order. At any time, we can e-mail you a list of those that have ordered so that you can keep track of how the group is doing as your ordering deadline approaches.
	Note: We can also print your organization's diplomas in thermography and can provide foil, engraving, and embossing for a special seal. Diploma covers are available in a wide variety of sizes, shapes, and colors with your organization name and / or logo on them. We are very competitive with diploma and cover prices for a large group.
