Private Ordering Pages for Local Homeschool Groups

Our Group Packages are the most cost effective way to order apparel and diplomas. However, if the packages or the deadlines do not fit your group's needs, consider having us set up a private ordering page. Your families go to the group's private page, use the coupon there for any applicable discounts, and order whatever they would like from our site. We ship everything to one person to save you shipping costs.

	Your organization selects the items that you want us to supply your graduates. We can provide a private page for any of the following items: Diplomas Announcements Diplomas and announcements Diplomas and apparel Announcements and apparel Diplomas, announcements, and apparel Class Rings DIplomas are priced according to our schedule of diploma discounts. Announcements are priced according to the quantity, and accessories are priced at our normal web prices. We can also give you a discount coupon to remove the custom bezel charge on a class ring if your group will have 5 or more ring orders. If you have questions about discounts, give us a call.
	We can work with you to design the announcement for your group. We have a collection of beautiful and affordable designs that we recommend for groups because they are high quality, come in a large variety of colors, and are shipped folded. If your group can use at least 300 announcements, we can put up a private page for them to order from. When announcements are printed as one order with the same text and personalized with a name card, there is a substantial savings over the cost of having each family order their own separate printing.
	We will set up an private page for you that will have the group's coupon. We give you the URL to that page, and you pass it along to your students or families. They must put the coupon into their shopping cart, and then are free to purchase any items from our site. The coupon provides flat-rate (or free) shipping so that the whole group benefits from shipping the order together.
	We work with you to determine an order deadline. For families who are hesitant about paying on-line, our shopping cart is set up to accept mailed-in payments by money order. At any time, we can e-mail you a list of those that have ordered so that you can keep track of how the group is doing as your ordering deadline approaches.

Who Qualifies for a Free Private Page?

To set up a page for your group, we need at least one of the following:

Seven families ordering diplomas (yes, the diplomas may be discounted)
OR -- A minimum total order of 300 Distinctive announcements.
OR -- five ring orders

Apparel: We can add apparel to your page, however, we don't set up private pages for "just" apparel. As long as you meet one of the requirements above, we will put up your page and the families may purchase any apparel and accessory items they would like.

Free shipping: Certain groups qualify for free shipping. If a group has 15 or more members who will be ordering from us, and is set up to finish ordering by our mid-December deadline, the order qualifies for free shipping as long as we are shipping everything to one person. For groups that do not meet this requirement, we set a "per family" shipping charge, based on the size of the group and expected weight of the order. This is typically between $2.00 and $3.00 per family.

The latest deadline for completing an order from a private page for 2010 is March 8th.
