2011 Homeschool Group Package Pricing:

The chart below shows the percentage of discount for each group size and deadline.

Discount is calculated on the regular "web prices" of the separate items, which is $62.25. (Standard Diploma including deluxe cover: $28.50, Regular Fit Cap and Gown Set: $28.50, Tassel: $5.25)

* Free Exclusive Seal Promotion: This special promotion for 2011 is an "early bird" upgrade to one of the Exclusive Seals, a $12.49 value. It is based on two conditions: The group must choose an order deadline of January 17th or earlier, AND the customer's package order must be placed on-line and paid for at least 5 days prior to the group's deadline. The deadline for the Free Exclusive Seal promotion is listed beneath each order deadline. This offer is made available only to groups purchasing packages in one of the categories where the promotion is listed above. This free upgrade to an exclusive seal may be applied to any style diploma.

Optional diploma upgrade:

The prices shown above are for the Graduation Package, which includes a Standard Diploma. However, the discount coupon provided for your group will ALSO work on the individual cap and gown sets as well as on the Personalized, Exclusive, and Gilded Diplomas. This means that your families have complete freedom to order ANY diploma on our web site, and get the same percentage discount off the regular web price. Additionally, if you have families that need ONLY a cap and gown or ONLY a diploma, they may use the same coupon, as long as you have enough full packages to attain the discount level. (For comparison purposes, purchasing the package items separately with a Personalized Diploma instead of the Standard Diploma would cost an additional $3 to $4.)

Package add-on: 30 Graduation Announcements and 50 Name Cards

If a number of those in the group would like to have a package that includes announcements and name cards, the following chart shows the "additional" cost for these items. The prices below are added to those in the chart above, and each graduate receives 30 Distinctive Announcements designed by the group, and 50 Traditional Foil Name Cards. If the announcement "add-on" is chosen, the group's ordering page will offer additional cards in multiples of ten, and an optional upgrade to a "year-date" name card style. The cost of additional announcements is shown in parentheses in the chart below. Any of the Distinctive Announcements may be used, with your own text, verses, etching, etc. A proof is provided prior to printing. The announcement must be selected before the group begins ordering so that it can be displayed on the group's ordering page.

For example, if a group of 20 graduates wants to get a package that includes announcements and name cards, if ordering by the mid-December deadline, they would add $50.00 per person from the chart below to the $52.29 package cost above for a total cost of $102.29. If one graduate needed 50 announcements instead of 30, they would order the additional 20 when they place their order online. The cost of 20 additional cards for this group size would be $1.24 x 20=$24.80.

The pricing below is based on the number of graduates within the group who plan to order the announcement add-on. For example, if you have a group of 25 graduates and ten of them plan to order the announcements, the pricing to "add on" to the package would be $50.00 if ordering by the mid-December deadline. NOTE: If you do not have at least 10 families within the group willing to get the same announcement, the "add-on" below is not available, but see our page of announcement information for other options.
