2012 School Package Pricing:

What is a School Package?
		School packages contain cap, gown, tassel, diploma from template, and deluxe cover.
		Your apparel may be the Matte or the Traditional style, and if ordering before the mid-February deadline, even our special-order gowns may be included for the same price.
		School packages must use a common template for all diplomas. The template may have any wording, size or layout you desire. It must be established before placing an order. See this page to set up a template.
		The graduation dates do NOT need to be the same on all diplomas within the order, however, only the student name and date may vary from one diploma to the next.
		Cap, Gown and Tassel colors do NOT need to be the same - you may select a different color for every student, if desired.
		School packages are placed on-line by one person. If you need a private ordering page for families to place their own orders, see our area of group packages.
What Options May Be Added?
		Add your school name on the front of the diploma covers for a single charge of $13.25. This charge pays for the set up of the stamping for ALL diplomas on your order. There is no minimum.
		Add your school logo to the front of the diploma covers for a single charge of $13.25. There is a minimum of 15 packages for this option, and a one-time die charge is required
		Add the student's name to the corner of the cover, if desired. EACH student name is an additional $13.25
		Add hand calligraphy for the student names, if desired (additional charge)
		Add one of our Honors Seals, if desired (additional charge)
		Upgrade your diploma seals to one of our engraved seals or your own custom foil seal. (additional charge)
		Add a RUSH to the order, if needed. The price varies with the quantity.
		You may purchase the Announcement "Add-on" shown on the this page. Each student gets 30 announcements and 50 name cards. Contact us if you would like to add this option.
		We also offer the foil Tri-fold announcement shown on the this page which is personalized with each student's name.Contact us if you would like to add this option.
		If your senior class is 15 students or larger, and if there is enough interest among the parents, we can set up a private ordering page for your families to place orders for accessory items and/or announcements, which can be shipped along with the packages. Contact us if you would like a private page for accessories and announcements.
How Do I Order School Packages?
		We need a single contact person to serve as a communicator between our company and your school. The contact person will collect information (and payment, depending on how your school handles the costs), placing the order, and providing us with a single payment from the school. (We cannot accept individual parent checks.)
		First, make sure that you have a template set up with us. You may have ordered from us before, but that does not necessarily mean we have a template for you. See this page if you aren't sure.
		Use our handout form, if desired, to collect the necessary information from your students. If you'd like to edit this to include payment or deadline information, contact us to request an editable copy. Please encourage parents to MEASURE (not guess) the height of the student, and when measuring, have them wear the shoes they will wear for the ceremony.
		When you are ready to order, use the order forms for school packages, found on this page
		The first item listed on the page is the coupon for the current discount period. This coupon must be ADDED TO your shopping cart to receive the discount
		After putting the coupon into your cart, add the packages, one at a time. You will see the discounted price show up in the shopping cart.
		If you are ordering packages during the time period for free shipping (by the mid-December deadline), the coupon will also control the shipping price on your order.
		After adding the packages, look below the order form to view the list of options that may be added to your order
		To receive the discount, packages must be placed and paid for by the deadline listed above. You may pay online with a credit card, or use our option to call-in or mail-in a payment.
		Packages are shipped in 3 to 10 business days, depending on the quantity and the options selected.
