Our phone number is : 1-877-466-2563 (toll-free) or 608-868-2450 (local). Phone hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. Off-season hours starting each year on July 1st are 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. We are closed on Friday from July through November. During that time, orders that normally would be scheduled to go out on Friday are shipped on Thursday, with the exception of RUSH orders placed after noon on Thursdays.

During the months from February through June our lines are very busy and you may not be able to reach us by phone unless you leave a message. Please let us know the reason for your call so that we can have the right person call you back! We will return your phone call, often within an hour or two, and usually the same day.
