Thank you for ordering from us!
Once an order is placed and paid for, we log it into our company's
database system and assign it a "ship date" based
on the items the order contains. (If you missed our page with
information about the time it takes us to fill orders,
you can find it here.) If you would like to check on the
expected shipping date for your order, we'd be happy to look
it up and give you that information by e-mail.
If you have given us a valid e-mail address, you will receive
an e-mail from us when we ship items from our office. This
does not apply to portions of your order that are shipped
directly from one of our suppliers, such as announcements.
Please allow us 6 business hours to get the order into our
system before you ask about the status!
