The laminated wallet card has the text of our Standard Diploma, laid out so that the words "High School Diploma" stand out!

Note: We offer the Wallet Diplomas only to those who are purchasing (or have already purchased) the larger diploma from us.

The laminate is very heavy, and we use the same cream-colored paper that is so popular on our diplomas.
You will provide the names that will be "signed" on each signature line. We will add this information before the card is laminated, using "handwriting" fonts.
Use this order form if the matching larger diploma is on the same order. We will take school name, date and signature titles from the larger diploma.
If you would like to order a wallet diploma that does NOT have the same school name, date or signature titles as the larger diploma, OR if your larger diploma was purchased previously, use the wallet order form found on this page.

Are You Using the Correct Order Form?:
We only sell wallet diplomas to those that are purchasing or have purchased their full-sized diploma from us. THIS order form assumes that the larger diploma is being purchased at the same time. If this is not the case, and you are purchasing a wallet diploma to go with a diploma you've ordered from us in the past,you willl have to use a different order form for the wallet. Please give us the student's name, exactly as you gave it on the larger diploma. (We will take the name of the school and the diploma date from your larger diploma.)

Seal Design:
This seal goes in the center of the diploma between the signature lines. Select your seal from the drop-down menu beneath the photos.

	"Excellence in Homeschooling" printed seal - matches one of the designs offered on the front of the Deluxe Diploma Cover. The seal reads "Education - Character - Excellence in Homeschooling."
	"Soli Deo Gloria" printed seal - matches one of the designs offered on the front of the Deluxe Diploma Cover. The seal reads "Soli Deo Gloria - To God Alone be the Glory."
	Printed "YEAR" seal - this is available for the years 2004 and newer.

Titles Beneath the Signature Lines:

We will take the information for the TITLES ( beneath the signature lines) from your larger diploma. In order to give us correct information for the next section, you need to know what signature line titles you've chosen for the larger diploma. If you don't remember what you selected, view your shopping cart to find out.

Left Signature:

Because it is laminated, you will not be able to actually sign this wallet diploma. Instead, we use a "handwriting font" to "sign" the wallet diploma with the names you provide in the next two sections below.

1. If your diploma's titles are "Signature of Administrator/ Signature of Instructor," give us the name of the Administrator here.

2. If your diploma's titles are "Signature of Father/ Signature of Mother," give us the name of the Father here.

3. If your diploma's titles are "Signature of Pastor/ Signature of Principal," give us the name of the Pastor here.

4. If your diploma's titles are "Dated by Administrator/ Signature of Administrator," give us the graduation DATE here.

Proofreading:
Please go back to the top and proofread all the information above before going ahead. The most common error on the wallet diplomas is that the information submitted for the signatures does not make sense (man's name for "mother" or a signature where there should be a date). PLEASE check to make sure you understand what signature "titles" will be on the diploma, and that you've given us the correct information for the left/right signature lines.
