- Returns: We do not accept returns on personalized items such as diplomas. If we make an error in filling your order, we will replace it, but diplomas are not returnable.

Sizing the Gown: Be sure to measure the student's height with the shoes they will wear for the ceremony. Gowns have a generous cut, and are sized so that they fall 8 to 10 inches from the floor. Be sure to measure the student's height with the shoes they will wear for the ceremony.
Caps are not sized: The caps have small elastic panels on the sides which allow them to work with any head size. We do not require a head measurement, only a gown size. |
