This package includes the Exclusive Diploma #4 with one of our two engraved seals. The diploma has your own school name, student name, and date, as well as an optional Bible verse. As part of the package, you may select one of our deluxe padded diploma covers in your choice of colors and designs, with optional personalization on the front for the school name and/or student name.

The package also includes any of our six colors of Matte cap and gown sets and one of 50 tassel colors.

If you give us "May 22" for the date, the diploma will read "dated this twenty-second day of May..." etc. However, if you prefer to have only the month and year on the diploma, you may select "no specific day" for the date. (Without a day listed, the diploma would follow this format: "Dated this month of May...." etc.). If you need a year that is not listed, choose one that is, and then write a note for us in the checkout area to let us know the correct year.

Wording:

Seal Design:
This seal goes in the center of the diploma between the signature lines. Select your seal from the drop-down menu beneath the photos.

Custom Verse:
If you would like to have us print your verse on the diploma, enter it below. We will print it exactly as you give it to us.

Note: The script font used for the Bible verse does not have Roman numerals. If you are using a book like "II Peter" you should choose to use the numeral ("2 Peter") or write out the name of the book like this: "Second Peter." Please don't give us the Roman numerals, or your order will be delayed while we take the time to contact you.

Also: words written in all capital letters, such as "LORD" or "NKJV" can be problematic in the script font. The capital letters have flourishes that can overlap, making them hard to read. We recommend using the verse and reference, but not the "version." We will put your verse on the diploma the way you give it to us, but we ask you to consider this information when you type your verse.

Lettering Style:
Select the lettering style for the student's name. View lettering style samples. The hand calligraphy option adds $5.75 and one business day to the production time on your order.

Signature Line Titles:
Because you are issuing the diploma, you will sign the signature lines yourself: this is for the titles that are placed under the lines. If there will be only one person signing the diploma, we add a line for the signer to write the date that they signed it. This simply makes it look more balanced. If you need this arrangement, chose the third option.

Paper:
We offer two paper choices. The most popular is the ivory parchment, which is an off-white parchment with a slightly rough feel and the subtle color variations common to parchment. The other paper is a solid, cream-colored cotton stock, which is more "yellow" than the parchment. Get more information about the papers.

Sizing the Gown:

Be sure to measure the student's height with the shoes they will wear for the ceremony. Gowns have a generous cut, and are sized so that they fall 8 to 10 inches from the floor. Be sure to measure the student's height with the shoes they will wear for the ceremony.

Determine whether you need a Regular fit
or a Full fit gown:

The "Plus" size gowns will comfortably fit a bust/waist/hip measurement of 70." If you do not need this much width in the body of the gown, but your weight is higher than that listed on the chart for your size, we suggest that you order the next gown length. (For example, if you are 5'4" and weigh 210 lbs, the size 48 may be too small, but if you feel that the Plus 1 would be too large, we'd recommend ordering the size 51 gown.)

Caps are not sized:

The caps have small elastic panels on the sides which allow them to work with any head size. We do not require a head measurement, only a gown size.
