Product Information:

Padded diploma cover holds a single 6" x 8" horizontal document and hinges on the left side.
Available in Black, Navy, Royal and Red
Interior of cover is lined with white silk moire on both panels

The price listed above includes the cover plus one line of personalization. If a second line of personalization is needed, use a different order form.
Acetate and tissue are included for each cover.
Navy, Royal and Black Diploma covers have 4 gold corner ribbons to hold the document. Red covers have 4 red corner ribbons
Item leaves our office on the 4th business day, not counting the day the order is placed.

Select gold or silver foil for the text. Gold foil is included in the price; silver foil is an additional $0.20 per cover.

Color of Diploma Cover:
Choose the cover color. Black, navy and royal have gold corner ribbons, and the red covers have red corner ribbons.

Font Style:
Select the font style for the text. See samples on this page. Though we offer the Helvetica, we do not recommend it on this size cover unless your text is fewer than 12 characters and spaces. The Helvetica font is very large and broad, and is not well proportioned for this small cover size. We recommend the Old English font on this size cover.

Foil Color:
Select the foil color for the text. Keep in mind that the inside corner ribbons are gold, so if you select silver foil for the stamping on the front, it will not match the inside corner ribbons. There is a $0.20 per cover charge for silver foil.

Your Text for Front of Diploma Cover:

Provide the text for your line of personalization on the cover. Please do not use all capital letters. If your text contains an acronym, we suggest the Helvetica font -- or the Old English font with periods added for legibility. NOTE: There are certain special characters which cannot be used, such as /, (, @, #, $, %. However, we CAN do the ampersand -(&), quotation marks, and dashes. Call us if you aren't sure about a special character in your text.

The number of characters allowed on our order form is for the more popular "Old English" font. If you have chosen the Helvetica font and/or your text has more than 3 capital letters, we recommend that you give us 4 to 5 characters FEWER than the order form allows.
