Your group has elected not to design a custom announcement for everyone to purchase, so you are free to choose any announcements you'd like. (We have many designs to choose from; see the "Announce / Invite" section of our site.) Anything you purchase from our web site, including announcements, will be shipped with NO additional shipping charge when added to the shopping cart with your group coupon.

As one option for you, we are including free coordinating insert cards for those who purchase both a package (from section #3 above) and at least one package of ten "Semi-Personalized Announcements" shown below

• These are the highest quality announcements we offer, are sold in packages of ten, and are are engraved with our "Christian Education" crest.
• The text is already printed as shown, and they are designed to be personalized with a name card, which is sold separately.
• Because these are already printed, they do not have your ceremony information printed in them; the text is simply an announcement.
• We will include one free 3" x 5" insert card for each Semi-personalized announcement you order, as long as your order contains your coupon from section #1 above, and a complete group package (cap & gown, tassel and diploma).
• The text of the insert card will be specific to your group. It will read "Please join us for Commencement Exercises..." followed by the date, time, venue and address of your ceremony. This information is obtained from the person who sets up your ordering page with us.

• ANY items on our web site can be shipped with your order with NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING. (Many other items are found under the "Categories" menu on the left side of our site.)
• Other items are priced at our everyday low "web price" and receive free shipping if placed online with your coupon.
• You may place multiple orders, as long as the coupon is added to the cart with each order, and they are all placed by your deadline.

1. You may check out 'as a guest' or create a user account.
2. Ignore the box that invites you to type in a coupon code. Your coupon is an item that should be in the cart -- you do not need a "coupon code."
3. Ignore the section that asks for your "need-by-date" - it is not applicable to group orders.
4. The final section of the checkout process allows you to choose from 3 payment methods: "pay on-line", "call in your credit card", or "mail-in a money order."
5. If you elect to mail a money order or call in a payment, we must receive your payment within one week after your group deadline.
6. Items will be shipped to your group leader, but the shopping cart requires a shipping address. It is best to just give us your own address for billing and shipping. We will ignore the shipping address you provide, and send the order to your group contact person.
