| Set up your template to eliminate guess-work when ordering. No need to remember which diploma or cover to order from one year to the next. All we need is the student name and date. | ||
| The template may have any wording, size or layout you desire. (It does NOT have to be a "High School" Diploma - we serve many kinds of schools.) | ||
| If your school offers multiple levels of diplomas, there is no charge to set up additional templates as long as the layout is similar and the size is the same. | ||
| The template must be established before placing an order. Use the link below to set up a template. | ||
| The one-time artwork charge for the template (including emailed proofs) is $20 from January through July, and $10 during the "off-season" -- August through December | ||
| When you purchase your diplomas, they will include padded covers. At the time you set up the template, you will also tell us which one of our stocked covers you would like to use. (We have many size/color combinations in stock) | ||

How it works:
- See this page (and the pages it links to) to find out what we offer schools that set up a template.
- Use the order form below to give us the information and pay for the setup of your template. (This is not an order for a diploma, just the template.)
- If we need more information from you (i.e. wording, or artwork for a seal) we will email you shortly after you place the order and request that you email it to us.
- Within 2 business days, you will get an email from us with a proof attached.
- We need to have a response from you, either approving the proof, or asking for changes to it. If changes are requested, we'll send another proof.
- Once you approve the proof, we will set up your template in our database and we'll e-mail you ordering instructions with a link to the order forms in case you need it.
- (If your template does NOT have a custom foil seal, you may use the order forms on this page. If it does, we will email you with a link to private order forms.)
- Any time you have students who are ready for a diploma, come to the order forms and provide the student names, dates, and the payment for the order.
- When you order, we include the diploma covers you've chosen on the template form. If you'd like the school name on the front of the covers, there is a single $13.25 charge per order, regardless of how many diplomas you are ordering.
- Your order ships 3 - 5 business days after you place it.
- If a replacement diploma is needed (student lost the diploma or you provided us with incorrect spelling or date) there is a $10 charge for a replacement diploma.
- Replacement diplomas (without a diploma cover) include first class mail shipping. Any options that were included on the original diploma must be paid for if they are to be included on the replacement (honors seals, for example). We do not have order forms for REPLACEMENT diplomas; if you need one, call us!
