Set-up Charge for Diploma Cover Stamping

How the pricing is calculated: There is a $12.95 per line set-up fee for each unique line of text on the order. This fee covers the stamping of that particular line of text on all the diploma covers on a single order.

Here is an example of how the setup fee is charged: If you would like 8 diploma covers with your school name on them, you are charged the cost of the covers (see the chart on this page), plus $12.95 to set up the one line of text for the school name. Since the text is the same for all eight covers, the setup fee is only charged once on this order. If you ALSO wanted your student's names on their diploma covers, there would be a set up fee for each of the names, since each one is unique.

Notice that the setup fee is charged once per order. It is not a "one-time" charge. If you find that you need more covers at a later time, the set-up fee will be charged on your next order as well, so save money by ordering ahead!

If you are ordering two lines of text, you'll find that our order forms give you the option to choose where you'd like the second line of text placed, and what size you want it to be.

As long as the text is the same (same wording, lettering style, and font size), you can stamp any variety of colors and sizes with a single set up charge. However, because of the complexity of calculating an order with multiple colors or sizes, we ask that you call us first for instructions if your order has a single set-up charge on more than one color or size cover.
