When should your order arrive?

  1. Our shopping cart will tell you what day we will ship the order.
  2. Our shopping cart will give the estimated arrival dates of various shipping methods


We suggest that you plan to receive your order at least three days before it is needed, to compensate for possible weather-related issues with the delivery. We ship on time, but we can't control what happens to the shipment once it leaves our office.

 

Expedited Shipping

We offer Fed Ex express services. The checkout process will display the options that are available to your location. If you need Saturday delivery, you will need to call us, or write a note in the checkout area requesting it and we will contact you with pricing and availability.

Fed Ex does not deliver to PO Boxes; you must provide a physical address if you select expedited shipping.

 

Signature-Required Shipments

 

We do not require a signature on shipments unless it is a Class Ring, or a package valued over $500. However, this does not mean that the delivery person will leave it. Normally, the driver or the postal worker will leave the package only if he/she feels that it is safe to do so. If you are expecting a shipment and you will not be home to receive it, you may leave a note on your door instructing the delivery-person to leave it (or not). If you would like us to require a signature (for example, if you do NOT want the driver to leave the package) please write us a note in the checkout area and we can add it. There is an additional charge for a signature requirement on your shipment.

 

 

Priority Mail / First Class Mail Information

 

If your package is under two ounces, we offer first class mail. If it is under eight pounds, you'll be offered the option of Priority Mail for your shipment. These Postal options offer a real cost savings when shipping to a residence.


However --

  • Priority Mail is not a "date-definite" service. It is usually very quick (about 3-4 days) but can be unpredictable.

  • If you select Priority Mail or First Class Mail, you must give us an address where there is a mail receptacle. This means that if you have a Post Office box and don't get mail at your physical address, you must give us the PO Box as the shipping address.

  • Priority Mail does not offer package "tracking." We use a delivery confirmation number so that once the package is delivered, the time and date of the delivery is known, but while it is in transit, there is generaly no ability to "track" and find out when it will be delivered.

  • If your Priority Mail or First Class Mail package does not arrive when you expected it, we ask you to allow 2 weeks from the time we shipped it before requesting that a replacement be sent out.

Problems with Priority Mail and First Class Mail are rare, and if you have ordered in plenty of time, they offer a savings --BUT-- if you must have your items by a date that is less than 3 weeks away, we recommend that you choose one of the date-definite services offered by Fed Ex.

 

Need to Change the Shipping Method after Your Order has been Placed?

If you decide to make a change to the shipping method after you've placed your order, "Contact Us" by email or call us at 877-466-2563. If the order has not yet been packaged, we can usually make the change for you, but it may cause a delay in the date we ship.

 

 

Need to Change the Shipping Address after Your Order has been Shipped?

The shipping carrier charges $12.00 to change an address once a ground or express order has been shipped. If you need to make a correction because you typed the address wrong, or if you want to have us change the address, we will charge you $12.00

If you provide us with an address that is incorrect for the shipping method chosen (for example, if you ask us to ship Priority Mail to a location where the Postal Service does not deliver, or you give us a PO Box for express delivery) and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to obtain payment for the second shipping charge.

 

 

DID YOU WAIT TOO LONG TO ORDER?

  • We offer a RUSH option on the production time for some items. Speeding up the production by a day or two is always less expensive than overnight shipping. You'll see the shopping cart subtract two days from your ship-date if you add a RUSH to your shopping cart.

  • You can also write us a note in the checkout area telling us the date you need it. If we see that you've miscalculated in your selection of the shipping method, we'll email you and suggest an adjustment. However, we do not automatically adjust orders without your direct approval.
