Shipping time is the "time in transit" and does not include the production time on your order. View Production Schedule>>>

	*Should you choose Fed ex or Priority Mail?*
		The shipping costs are calculated by the weight of your shipment and the zip code you give us. If your package is under eight pounds, you'll be offered the option of Priority Mail for your shipment. Priority Mail offers a real cost savings when shipping to a residence. However -- Priority Mail is not a "date-definite" service. It is usually very quick but can be unpredictable. Priority Mail does not offer package "tracking"; we use a delivery confirmation number so that once the package is delivered, the time and date of the delivery is known, but while it is in transit, there is usually no ability to "track" and see where it is or when it will be delivered. If your Priority Mail package does not arrive when you expected it, we ask you to allow 2 weeks from the time we shipped it before requesting that a replacement be sent out. You must give us an address where there is a mail receptacle in order to get priority mail. If you have a Post Office box and don't get mail at your physical address, DO not choose priority mail unless you list the PO Box as the shipping address. Problems with Priority Mail are rare, and if you have ordered in plenty of time, it offers a savings --BUT-- if you are need your items by a certain date, and that date is less than 3 weeks away, we recommend that you choose one of the date-definite services offered by Fed ex. (Ground and express shipping methods are all date-definite and trackable.)

	*Estimating Ground Shipping Time*
		Ground items are shipped via Fed ex. Ground is a date-definite service, but we recommend that you allow one extra business day to compensate for any unexpected problems, such as weather. The map below shows the time in transit for ground shipments from our office in Milton, Wisconsin

	*Important Information about Calculating Time in Transit for Ground or Express Shipments:*
		To estimate when your order will arrive, keep in mind: Do not count the day the order leaves our office. When counting, "day 1" is the day after we ship it. Count only business days.


	*Changing the Shipping Method after Your Order has been Placed*
		If you decide to make a change to the shipping method after you've placed your order, you may use the "Contact Us" form on our web site, or you may call us at 877-466-2563. The "Contact Us" form goes to an e-mail box which is normally answered quickly, but if you do not have a reply within a few business hours, you should call and either speak with our customer service or leave a message stating your order number and telling us what you want to change. If the package has not yet been shipped, we can make the change for you.
