Use this form to set up a template for your school. (This is not an order form for a diploma; it is for artwork to establish a template for future diploma orders.) Within 3 days after you place your order, we will e-mail you a .pdf proof for your approval or changes.

Use this form to give us information so that we may set up a template for your school.

No shipping is charged, since the template is a service and the proofs are e-mailed.
A proof is normally e-mailed to you two to three days after you place the order.
You must respond to us regarding the proof (either approving it or indicating changes to be made) before we can fill diploma orders for you.
Refunds are not given once the artwork has been done and the proof sent.
Once you have approved the template, we set your school up in our database and will email you with ordering instructions.
Please wait until you have given us the approval on your template before placing the order online.
Diplomas from a template are priced the same as our standard diploma, with discounts for quantities.

Type the school name exactly as you want it to appear on the diploma.

If you provide this information, the city and state will be placed below the school name unless you let us know you would like it elsewhere. We recommend using the city and state of the school to the diploma, but if you do not want it, you may leave this field empty.

The date on the diploma:
If you know the date on the first diploma you plan to order, provide it here and we'll use it on the template as an example so that you can see the format. (The template proof will not contain a student name, just "Sample Name.")

Wording:

You may use any text for your diploma -- one of the ones shown on our web site, or your own text. To view the diploma wording options on our site, use the following links. (Note that once the template is established, your diplomas are charged at the same base price as a standard diploma, with discounts for quantities larger than four. The wording has no bearing on the price of the diplomas nor does custom wording increase the cost of your template.)

Seal Design:
This seal goes in the center of the diploma between the signature lines unless you direct us to place it elsewhere. Select the seal for your diplomas from the drop-down menu beneath the photos.If you plan to use a custom foil seal for your school's diplomas, we will email you after you place the order and ask you to send us the artwork for the seal. (If using a custom foil seal, the one-time setup charge is added here so that you may pay for it along with your template.)

	'Excellence in Home Education ' Embossed Foil seal. Seal has a lamp in the center, with the words "Excellence in Home Education" around the outside, and is embossed on gold-tone foil.
	'Soli Deo Gloria' Embossed Foil Seal Seal has a cross in the center, with the Latin words "Soli Deo Gloria" across the top, and the translation, "To God Alone be the Glory" around the bottom. The seal is embossed on gold-tone foil.
	'Year' Embossed Foil Seal This seal has the numerals in the center, with the year written in words around the outside. The seal is embossed on gold-tone foil. If you select this option, we will match the year of the seal to the gradation date. However, year seals are not available prior to 2006.
	Private Education Engraved Seal, extra charge (see larger image on this page) There is an additional charge for this option at the time you place the actual diploma order. The price for this seal ranges from $5.00 to $9.50 per diploma, depending on the number of diplomas you are ordering at the time.
	Soli Deo Gloria Engraved Seal, extra charge (see larger image on this page) There is an additional charge for this option at the time you place the actual diploma order. The price for this seal ranges from $5.00 to $9.50 per diploma, depending on the number of diplomas you are ordering at the time.
	Christian Education Engraved Seal, extra charge (see larger image on this page) There is an additional charge for this option at the time you place the actual diploma order. The price for this seal ranges from $5.00 to $9.50 per diploma, depending on the number of diplomas you are ordering at the time.
	Custom Flat Foil Seal from your artwork, extra charge (see more information about this option on this page) There is a one-time $25 charge to set up the custom foil seal for use on your diplomas, and then this option adds $0.99 to $2.95 per diploma at the time you place the actual order. The price depends on the number of diplomas you are ordering at the time. If you choose this option, the paper used for your orders will be the cream paper; we cannot create the custom foil seal on parchment.

Bible Verse:
Would you like your template to include a Bible verse or quotation? If so, select from one of our verses or provide your own in the next section. The addition of a verse, motto or quotation does not change the price of your template or the price of the diplomas.

If you would like to have us put your own verse on the diploma template, enter it below. We will print it exactly as you give it to us.

Lettering Style for Student Name:
If you plan to have the hand calligraphy option on your orders, let us know here so we can note it in our records. This is an option that adds to the cost of your diplomas. If you want it, it will need to be selected and paid for each time you place an order.

Signature Line Titles:
This section is for the titles that are placed underneath the signature lines. If there will be only one person signing the diplomas, we add a line for the signer to write the date that they signed it. This simply makes it look more balanced. If you need this arrangement, chose the second option. If you don't see the signature line option that you want, select the last option on the list and provide it in the next section.

Paper:
We offer two paper choices. The most popular is the ivory parchment, which is an off-white parchment with a slightly rough feel and the subtle color variations common to parchment. The other paper is a solid, cream-colored cotton stock, which is more "yellow" than the parchment. (If you are having us set up a custom foil seal for your school, the cream-colored paper is the only choice; we cannot do the foil seal on parchment because of the rougher surface of the paper.)

Size and Color of Diploma Cover:

What diploma cover do you want us to use for your school's diplomas? The cover is included in the price of the diploma. The size of the diploma and cover does not affect the price unless you will be ordering over 100 diplomas. Click the photo to view some larger images and a description of the diploma cover options.

Note: Having us stamp the school name on the front of the cover is an option that you will have to select and pay for each time you place an order, if you want it. The cost is $13.25 per order, regardless of the number of diplomas. Using one of the covers that is "prestamped" (not personalized with your school's name) does NOT add any cost to the order.

The 7" x 9" and 6" x 8" covers are available in the colors listed in the drop-down menu, and they hinge on the left side. The 8.5" x 11" covers hinge at the top. The menu below offers 32 different styles of covers. You will have to scroll to see them all!

As explained at the top of this page in red letters, this order form is for the ARTWORK to set up a template. It is not an order for a diploma. Once you approve this template, we will direct you to the link from which you may order your diplomas. It would be helpful for us know know what pricing structure your school plans to use when you place the diploma orders. (This may be changed at a future date and does not create an obligation.)
