Embossers for Your School

If you would like to put a seal on your transcript which bears the name of your school, we can help you!

Our embossers are all made of metal with a plastic Delrin die that will hold up very well for occasional use.
We carry two different sizes - 1 5/8" diameter and 2" diameter. The smaller size is much easier to fit on a transcript
Embossers are intended for use only on 20# to 26# paper. We do NOT recommend using them on heavier paper or card stock.
There are two styles of handles to choose from - "pocket" and "desk" We feel that the desk embosser is easier to use.
The only difference between the Desk and Pocket Embossers is the style of the handle. The inserts are identical.

Specify a an orientation when ordering an embosser. They are designed to be used from the left, right, bottom or top of the paper.
Production time: If the embosser is the only item on your order, we will have it shipped directly to you from our vendor. Allow 3 - 4 business days for production (not including the day you place the order), plus shipping time. If the embosser is placed on an order with other items, we will bring it to our office first and THEN ship to you with the rest of your order. In this case, allow 2 - 3 weeks until the order goes out, plus the shipping time to get it to you.

Style B. Desk Embosser

Embosser Options:

Many schools that order an embosser for their transcripts choose the "Seal" design for the center and use the school name around the outside ring. If the name is short enough to fit on the top half of the seal, the city and state is often used in the bottom half. If a center design is not wanted, you may use the 5-line design and put more text on the seal. We carry the book, cross and treble clef designs for those looking for a library seal to give as a graduation gift. Only one ring of text can be used around the outside of the embosser if you select a design with a central image.
