We Make Ordering EASY!

1. Determine your package discount from our chart by choosing your ordering deadline and group size.

2. We have a "Discussion Guide" you can print and take to a meeting to be sure you have all the decisions covered.

3. Use this page to request your group's private ordering page for a package. (We can also add announcements to this page)

4. Within 2 business days, we set up a private page for your group, and we email you the link and the instructions.

5. You forward the email to the families.

6. Each family clicks the link to visit the group's private page. (View a sample page). The page contains the discount coupon and step by step instructions about what items should be ordered, based on what your group has decided.

7. Each family orders their items and pays us directly (we also have options for the group to provide all or part of the payment)

( Families may ALSO order any of the other items on our web site. There is no additional shipping charge for any accessory items or announcements ordered with the package.)

8. On Friday before the deadline, we email you a list of the people that have ordered (and the items they ordered) so that the “last minute” people can be called. (This report can be sent any time it is requested.)

9. The page comes down at midnight on the order deadline date.

10. Within 1 - 3 weeks after the deadline, we ship all orders to you. Within the box you receive, each graduate's order is individually bagged in a clear plastic bag containing their items and their receipt. You pass out the bags and make sure that everyone knows they are to check their orders immediately and call us directly if there are any problems or questions.

• You do not need to collect money, sizes, names or colors for any graduation products

• When the families provide the information themselves, you are not responsible for a misspelled name or a wrong size gown

• If there is any problem with an order, the customer calls us directly to resolve it themselves

• Each family gets the diploma they want and can afford - you do not have to make decisions that will place limitations on some or cause hardship for others

• If a family needs a copy of the diploma years from now, they have a reliable place to call - replacements are easily available from our records

• You are not in a position of having to come up with products for anyone who joins the group late.

• Late-comers get the same products from our site- they just pay a higher price and their own shipping.
