Our
Graduation Packages for Schools Include the Following:

Choose
from Matte finish or Traditional (shinier finish) gowns. If you
have ordered from us prior to February 2011, the gowns you've gotten
from us are the "Traditional" style gowns. We still carry
them, and the colors have not changed. We recommend these for homeschool
groups that want to be able to reuse gowns from previous years because
the colors and fabrics have been extraordinarily consistent from
year to year over the past 9 years! We have a
comparison page and chart that you may
find useful in determining which style cap and gown set is the best
choice for your group. |

If ordering Traditional
sets, choose from these 14 colors: Navy, Black,
White, Maroon, Royal Blue, Rose, Red, Forest Green, Purple,
Sky Blue, Emerald Green,
Silver/Grey, Turquoise, Bright Gold. The last five colors
listed are ones that we do not stock, but we can get them readily.
A group order that contains one of these five un-stocked colors
may be delayed a week or two. (We also offer the following four
colors on a special order basis: Antique Gold, Old Gold, Brown,
Burnt Orange. Call for information if interested in one of the four
special-order colors.) |

Full

If the Matte
finish gowns are your choice, we stock them in
Black, White, Red, Royal Blue, Navy and Maroon. |

We can also offer
a special order "Ultra"
gown in your package, if you'd prefer. It is a matte gown which
is available in a wider range of colors than the ones we stock.
The Ultra gown adds $3.50 to the cost of the package. Call for more
information and sample swatches if you are interested in the Ultra
gowns. |

Tassels do not need to be the
same color, but must be selected from our list of 50
in-stock tassel colors, unless the school needs
a "custom" tassel. |

Custom Tassels: A custom color
tassel (up to 3 colors) may be chosen if the whole group is using
the same tassel, but we must have a minimum order of a dozen to
sell such non-stock tassels So if you have 10 members in your group
and you wanted a color or combination that we do not stock, we would
have to order (and have you purchase) at least 12 of them. (In past
years we've limited the special order tassels to purchases of even
dozens, but have changed our policy to accommodate more groups.
Now, if you order at least one dozen, we will get the tassels
you need.) Keep in mind, though, that a custom tassel can add 2
- 3 weeks to the time it takes us to fill the order. |

We have two different styles
of charms for our tassels -- the two-digit year charm is our default
and the most popular. If you would like to specify the charm style,
just write a note in the checkout area and we can accommodate your
request

| Optional
Collar for female graduates |
| |
|
The
package includes collars
for your female graduates at no charge, if you desire to use
them. The collar is simply a crescent-shaped, hemmed piece of fabric
that they can baste to the inside of the yoke. |

| Deluxe
diploma cover |
| |
|
Diploma
covers are fully padded, with white silk moire
interior and gold corner ribbons. They come with acetate and tissue,
and are offered in a variety of colors, sizes and designs. We use
the cover that you chose when you set up your school's diploma template. |

|
If
you would like to have all of the diploma covers stamped with your
school's name, we offer this option. It adds a single $13.25 set-up
charge to your order, regardless of the number of covers |

|
If you would
like to have your school's logo on the diploma cover, we can do
that, too! The first year you order, we create a die for the stamping.
The cost of the die is $37.00, which is a one-time fee. After the
first year, there is a single $13.25 fee each year to set up the
die for stamping. However, we do have a minimum of 15 covers for
any job using a die, so this option is only available to schools
that have 15 or more graduates per year, or who are paying for a
multi-year supply of diplomas. Feel free to call for clarification! |

| Diploma
From Your School's Template |
| |
|
The first year you order
from us, we will work with you to set up a template for your school.
There is a $20 charge to set up the template, however, this fee
is half price ($10) during our off-season. The charge includes
2 e-mailed .pdf proofs. You may have any layout or wording that
you'd like on the diploma; fax us a copy of what you currently
use, or choose one of our diplomas to use or to alter. You may
have a Bible verse, any number of signature lines, and even multiple
diploma templates for different degrees. The template must be
set up (using the form on this
page) in advance of your diploma or package order.
Once the template
is established, it is used each subsequent year unless we are
notified at the time the packages are ordered that
there is to be a change. |

The package prices include a printed
or foil embossed seal on your diploma (or a blank seal, if you have
your own embosser). If you would like to use one of our "Exclusive"
engraved seals or have us put your school's seal on the diplomas
in foil or engraving, there is an additional charge, depending on
what you need and the number of packages you are ordering. Contact
us for more information about having your school's seal on the diploma
in foil. |
