Calling to place an order? Did you know that you can order online without using your credit card? You can get the discounted "web price" and still mail in or call in a payment. Our toll-free phone number is 1-877-466-2563. Phone hours are 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. Between Labor Day and December 1, our phone hours are from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Central Time. We are closed on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday afterward, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
During the months from February through June our lines are very busy and there may be times when you are not able to reach us by phone unless you leave a message. Please let us know the reason for your call so that we can have the correct person call you back! We will return your phone call, often within an hour or two, and almost always the same day.
