If you’re a returning customer looking for your ‘My Custom Products’ link, welcome! We’re excited to introduce you to some big changes we’ve made to improve our service to you.
'My Custom Products' is Being Replaced...
To provide you a better experience in alignment with our expertise, we’ve created a new way for you to order the diplomas, announcements, and regalia that you previously found under ‘My Custom Products’.
...By 'My Favorites'
The new ‘My Favorites’ feature will enable you to save any item, including your customized diploma design, to your account. Instead of having to contact us any time you want to make a change to your items, you will have control over the items and designs you save. You’ll be able to edit diploma designs, choose a new tassel color, or flag a preferred gift item at any time. And you’ll be able to see a live preview of every item you order, including diplomas, so you can know you’re getting exactly what you need per student.
We will be Contacting You Individually
Over the Summer and Fall we’ll be individually reviewing every customer account that used ‘My Custom Products’. We’ll be converting your diploma design, and any other custom products you had set up, to the new ‘Favorites’ feature. In some cases, this may require modifications (usually minor) to your diploma design; in a few rare cases we may not be able to continue providing the same products. When we review your account we’ll contact you about the changes we’ve made (if any) and instructions on how to order from your new “Favorite” items.
